Shizune

Shizune is born in the Hidden Leaf Village and a niece of Dan Kato who was Tsunade love. She always liked being close to Tsunade from the start and always looked up to her, and wanted to be great Shinobi like Tsunade, who is the legendary Sanin and the granddaughter of the Konoha’s First Hokage (Hidden Leaf).

Tsunade, her uncle's lover, departed Konoha following his passing and took Shizune as her assistant and trainee. Tsunade and Shizune have a close relationship, and Shizune places Tsunade's well-being at the top of her list of concerns.

Fourth Raikage Help

Shizune also helped Raikage men when she and Tsunade were out of the village. Amai and the Fourth Raikage begged Tsunade to aid their wounded colleague. Shizune performed the operation when Tsunade gave in and when she informed the Raikage of her master's two major losses, the deaths of Dan and Nawaki.

After hearing his remark that her master was insane, she chastised the Raikage and threw the Exploding Insect at his feet. After gathering herself, she instructed Amai, who had been assisting with the procedure, to finish.

Orochimaru and Kabuto Approach

Years later, Orochimaru returned to Tsunade in an effort to convince her to heal his arms which were injured by the Third HokageHiruzen Sarutobi when Orochimaru attacked Konoha.

Still, Tsunade refused, and when Orochimaru resisted leaving in Tsunade's custody, Shizune and Kabuto Yakushi briefly argued. Shizune sought to urge Tsunade against it, even trying to persuade her to murder him with her help. Orochimaru had offered Tsunade a bargain: if she assisted, he would return her brother and lover back to life.

Shizune attempted to stop Tsunade from assisting Orochimaru by using force after all other attempts to convince her failed, but Tsunade easily beat her. Later, she engaged Kabuto again in the battle to shield Tsunade and Naruto Uzumaki from harm.

Despite Shizune's best attempts, Kabuto proved to be too much for her, as he was able to avoid her blows and render her helpless. Shizune was able to repair her legs, and she and Naruto, who was unconscious, departed the battlefield as the three Sannin prepared to end their conflict. After accepting the Fifth Hokage position, she went back to Konoha alongside Tsunade.

In the anime, the gang made a pit stop in a hot springs village. Senta and Bunz conspire to use extortion to force Tsunade to pay them the money she owes their boss after discovering that she had stolen the necklace that belonged to the First Hokage and was being worn by Naruto.

Shizune had to decide whether to utilize the Transformation Technique to pass as Tsunade after discovering the message and could not locate Tsunade anywhere.

Shizune Saved Injured Genma, and Raido

Shizune commanded a squad comprising Genma Shiranui, Raido Namiashi, and Iwashi Tatami to make up for the shortage of personnel brought on by the Konoha Crush when Tsunade assumed the title of Hokage. They saw a presence nearby while resting in a woodland after the ostensibly taxing task.

Shizune and Iwashi are left to wait for Raido and Genma's return as they decide to investigate what it is. Shizune and Iwashi went to see what was taking so long after the pair took too long to return. When they arrive, she is startled to find Genma and Raid wounded on the woodland floor.

Shizune immediately provided them with medical care ,but she also observed that they needed hospitalization. Shizune oversaw a group of medical-nin that included Kito and Mogusa when the Sasuke Recovery Team later visited the area.

Shizune saw that each hair strand had to be impacted by chakra control even if they were utilizing Neji's hair as a medium to cure the wounds. Later, she cheerfully informed Tsunade of the operation's success despite appearing exhausted.

Shizune later expressed in private her concerns about using Naruto as a jinchriki as bait for the Akatsuki after it was decided to hold the first exam in Konoha and the second in Suna.

Tsunade said that Gaara had offered to do that himself by chance. Due to a dispute in the second exam, the Chunin Exams were ultimately concluded before the beginning of the finals.

Gaara instead opted to let each participant's village chief decide whether or not to advance them after receiving a report on their performance. Shizune then helped Tsunade choose which Konoha-nin would receive a promotion.

Sealing Team

Shizune was tasked with helping seal the Three-Tails in the anime. She was in command of the sealing crew, and her aides were Ino, Sakura, and Hinata. She gave instructions to the other team members to hasten the procedure.

Guren and her soldiers frequently disrupted the sealing, so the Anbu group performed that sealing jutsu.

Human Path Autopsy

Shizune was given the task of investigating the body he had kidnapped after Jiraiya was slain by Pain, the commander of the Akatsuki. Shizune was offered Anbu escorts after she learned that the body piercings were black receivers so that she could notify as many people as she could.

During the Fourth Shinobi World War, Shizune was named captain of the Logistical Support and Medical Division of the Allied Shinobi Forces. She expressly said that Tonton was not to be eaten when she presented herself and Tonton to the division.

To efficiently assist all the injured shinobi on the battlefield, she later divides her division. Shizune and the other medical-nin moved to the medical compound when night fell. There, she later asked two jonin-level doctors to help revive one of the patients before healing Tonton's right front leg, which had been sprained because the piglet had carried too many heavy crates in her eagerness to help.

After Sakura discovered the transformed intruder who had broken into the facility and was murdering medics, the entire area was closed down. Not only that, severe instructions were issued that no one should approach Shizune or enter without having their identities verified by HQ.

Shizune later arrived at the jincuhriki's battleground and positioned herself among the rest of the Shinobi Alliance. After announcing the arrival of her division, she started mending Guy as the other shinobi in her division attended to the other wounded soldiers.

Later, as Obito Uchiha promised that the world would end, she gathered with the other members of the Allied Shinobi Forces and prepared to confront their enemy.

Later, she and Hashirama, who said that Sakura's strength could be stronger than Tsunade's, gazed on, smiling with pride. Sakura noted how competent Sakura was in utilizing this technique. After making the seal, she called Katsuyu, and the two started mending the injured.

She is a very kind and composed individual, but when Tsunade needs her help, she transforms into someone who is cruel and ferocious. She also loses her anger easily when someone belittles Tsunade, which shows her devotion to the girl.

Shizune is the third best Medical Shinobi in Hidden Leaf after Tsunade and Sakura, but she has greater experience than Sakura in Medical Ninjutsu. The slightest error may be deadly, but Shizune's expert chakra control allowed her to carry out even the most difficult medical ninjutsu, such as guiding a team to repair an injured person's body with new cells.

Poison Techniques

Shizune's main strategy in combat is to use poison in her blows. According to Kabuto, in the anime, she can release a deadly gas from her lips that are lethal even if only a whiff of it is inhaled.

Shizune also imbues her senbon and kunai with a poison that, with just a scratch, may render someone helpless and paralyzed. She has two ways to shoot senbon: either sequentially from her lips or through a hidden wrist-mounted gadget.

Shizune continues to serve as the Hokage's aide when Tsunade relinquishes her position as leader and Kakashi replaces her as the Sixth Hokage.

Later, she and many other villages heard the global announcement that the moon situation was now gone. She was last seen accompanying Tsunade to the wedding of Naruto and Hinata to offer her congratulations.
