Using specially advanced technology, Mitsuki was created as a modified clone of Orochimaru. He was raised in a test tube like his brother, Log. If Mitsuki attempts to reveal any details about his creation, Orochimaru has put a juinjutsu on his heart which would cause Mitsuki to self-destruct, thus concealing his secrets.

As his parent, Orochimaru wanted Mitsuki to find his own independence. He had a plan for this, and after every attempt at executing this plan, he would erase Mitsuki's memory. When Mitsuki mastered Sage mode, he decided to rebel against Orochimaru and his brother Log. He left them to make his own destiny.

Mitsuki goes to Konoha and becomes Boruto's friend. The seventh Hokage welcomes him with open hands and hides his past from the rest of the village, except from a few close people. Even the council and the Fifth Hokage are not aware of this information about Mitsuki.

Mitsuki has high Chakra levels for his age, which is enough for him to activate Sage Mode. He is quick and agile. His fighting style is quite fluid and he manages to slip through his opponents’ attacks. He can heal from injuries in an instant and can regenerate as well.

His body can endure a lot of damage too. He can also talk to animals and understand them.

He is proficient in Wind and Lightning Release. He is a skilled sensor and is able to detect his enemies’ presence in an area. He can also use curse techniques.

Sage mode:

Mitsuki was able to activate Sage mode with ease. In his Sage mode form, he gets wrapped in a cyan coloured chakra, with ethereal snakes all around him. These snakes allow him to bite and attack his enemies who are at a distance. If he keeps using Sage mode, his body tends to get damaged beyond repair, after which he relies on Orochimaru to fix him.

Soft Physique Modifications:

With these techniques, Mitsuki can stretch and bend his body in any way he wants. He can do this by dislocating his joints and using his chakra to manipulate it to his liking. This can help him to restrain or trap an opponent.

Summoning Technique:

Just like his parents, Mitsuki can use the Summoning Technique and summon snakes. This helps him perform the Hidden Snake Hands and Snake Clone Technique.

Snake Clone Technique:

Mitsuki can create a clone of objects that are similar to shadow clones. If they take a lot of damage, they turn back to snakes. They can also be used to access areas which people might find difficult to access, and they can be manipulated on command.

Hidden Snake Hands:

Mitsuki can use snakes as his weapon of attack from under his sleeves. They also help him move quickly from one place to another by latching onto things. They can also be used for long distance attacks.
