Zosui in Naruto

Zosui appeared in Karin’s Infinite Tsukuyomi dream after Madara Uchiha used the Infinite Tsukuyomi to place everyone in the world under the Genjutsu during the Fourth Shinobi War. Karin was one of the people who fell under the Genjutsu. Madara used to let all the people live in their dream while he could extract the chakra from them by binding all the people with the God Tree.

When Karin and her mother came to Kusagakure to stay as an outsider, Zosui and other village leaders gave them permission, but in exchange, Karin's mother was asked to heal the injured shinobi. As a Uzumaki clan member, Karin and her mother had the ability to heal people when they bit their skin. When a person bites their skin, they consume chakra, which heals their wounds really fast.

One day the Kusagakure village shinobi got heavily injured by a surprise attack from the other village. Zosui came to take Karin’s mother to help and then came back to take Karin to the hospital in order to use her also to cure the injured soldier there. It was then that Karin saw her mother's dead body.

Karin’s mother died because the hospital doctor used her chakra and then Zosui forced Karin to cure the shinobi. Later, he took Karin to the boot camp of the Kusagkure injured shinobi and used her to cure the shinobi.

The Hidden Leaf village conducted the Chunin exam in which Zosui sent Karin and two other Kusangakure genin to compete in the exam, which they failed. Later, Karin joined Orochimaru’s group, and after Sasuke Uchiha killed Orochimaru, she joined the team that Sasuke formed. In one mission, Karin was caught by one of the Zosui’s men, and he planned used Karin to cure the injured shinobi till she died. However, Sasuke came to rescue her and in the process Karin killed Zosui.

Zosui was a cold heart and did not care about anyone else who was not from his village. He used Karin’s mother until she died and then also used Karin even when she was too young. He also seemed arrogant.

Zosui has short black hair with a muscular build and is seen wearing a black Kamino T-shirt. A white color robe is wrapped around his waist, and he wears a headband alongside shinobi sandals.

Zosui seemed highly ranked shinobi as he was always seen leading the group of his village. He is big, so physically must be very strong. However, he was not seen using any kind of jutsu or techniques in the anime.
