The Tampa Bay Buccaneers joined the NFL in 1976 as an expansion team. They play in the NFC South Division. Prior to 2002, the Buccaneers used to play in the AFC West Division, and the NFC Central Division. The Buccaneers play their home games at the Raymond James Stadium in Florida. Outside linebacker, Derrick Brooks has been one of the most celebrated players in the history of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played for them from 1995 till 2008, after being drafted in the first round of the 1995 NFL draft. Brooks was an intelligent weakside linebacker who had tremendous success in the defensive alignment of the Buccaneers. He was part of the Buccaneers team which won the first Super Bowl in the history of the franchise in 2002.
