Who is Boa Hancock?

Boa Hancock and her sisters were part of the Kuja Pirates since they were kids, but soon they were captured by traffickers and sold to the World Nobles. Hancock ate the Mero Mero Devil fruits when she was a slave and was granted the ability to turn people into stone if they have lust for her. Years later, Fisher Tiger came and freed all the slaves without discriminating who was a human or a fish.

As Hancock and her sisters had nowhere to go, they were taken in by Rayleigh, but the trauma of their slavery days was still fresh and it took them time to get back to normal. Hancock chose to hide her mark and her devil fruit powers and told her fellow mates that slaying a gorgon was a punishment. Hancock, Marigold and Sandersonia were then given the nickname, the Gorgon Sisters.

Even though Hancock was free, the years of trauma had tainted her innocence and this made her distrust everyone around her, especially men. The only ones that were an exception to this were her sisters. This traumatic experience made her hate the World Government, especially the Nobles. All the feelings of kindness and love were buried deep and she became uncaring and heartless. She later on became the Empress of the Kuja.

As Hancock had become a powerful and threatening figure who had a huge bounty on her over the years, the World Government was scared of her and did not have a bad relationship with her. To prevent this from happening, they offered a deal to become the Seven Warlords of the Sea and in return they would protect their homeland from the government and prevent anyone from entering it.

Boa Hancock is so powerful that she has been even acknowledged by the Fleet Admiral, Sengoku. Her skills are not to be underestimated. She was one of the three Warlords who left the Marineford battle unscathed. Currently her bounty is 1,659,000,000. During the Marineford war she easily managed to take out many pacifistas. Even when Amazon Lily was invaded by the Blackbeard Pirates, she was easily able to defeat them all, except Blackbeard, as his Devil fruit gave him the abilities to nullify the devil fruit powers of other users, but he did acknowledge her as being worthy of her title as the Pirate Empress. He thought that if he let her free then she would petrify him and kill him, so killing her was a safer option even though he knew that his crew wouldn't return back to normal.

She is one of the strongest warriors of the Kuja Tribe and thus she possesses immense amounts of strength. Her kicks can break bones and rocks easily. She also has lightning-fast speed and agility. She is excellent in hand-to-hand combat and can take down numerous powerful and skilled mariners and Pirates. Her fighting style is similar to Samji but she focuses on powerful and versatile kicks.

As Boa Hancock is incredibly beautiful, she is a skilled seductress and uses her beauty and charm to get whatever she wants. Luffy was the only exception to this charm of hers and he unknowingly made her fall for him. Hancock says that due to her beauty, she can get away with anything, which makes her very skilled in deception. Hancock is the definition of beauty with brains; she is highly intelligent, sly and crafty depending on the situation.

Hancock is very powerful and people dread being viewed as her enemy. This beautiful woman has a few special abilities up her sleeve which helps her in the fights.

Devil Fruit

When she was a slave, Hancock ate the Mero Mero Devil fruit which gave her the power to turn people into stone. She can turn people into stones by hitting them with heart-shaped long-range attacks or by physically hitting them. She can return people back to normal if she wishes. Due to her beauty, people fall for her easily which makes it easier for her to petrify her enemies. A person can defend themselves from her power, If they aren't attracted to her or if they block out all the feelings they have for her.

Haki

Boa Hancock is highly skilled at Busoshoku Haki. It is the form of Haki that allows the user to use their spiritual energy to create an invisible armor around themselves which gives them amazing offensive and defensive skills. Hancock is able to combine her kicks with this type of Haki to bypass Logia's defenses.

Salome

Salome is a large white snake with red marks on its body wearing a skull with blue hair. Besides using it as a throne, she uses Salome in battle. Salome has the ability to track and sense things in the ocean.
