During his career, Lomić represented FK Borac Cacak, PFC Litex Lovech, FK Zeleznik, FK Partizan, TuS Koblenz. On 31 August 2009, Lomic rejoined Partizan from Koblenz after the two clubs agreed a transfer. The deal was completed just before the transfer deadline passed. In 2004, he participated in Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece with Serbia and Montenegro U23 team.
