Tim Deavin: A Brief Biography
Tim Deavin is an Australian field hockey player who plays centre-half, midfield and striker. He plays club hockey for the Derwent Strikers in the Southern Mens Hockey League and for the Tassie Tigers in the Australian Hockey League. In 2008, he won the Southern Mens Hockey . league\'s men\'s best and fairest hockey award. He first played for the Australian senior national team in 2010. He made his national debut in 2010 and won Hockey Champions Trophy in 2011. As of April 2011, he had 15 caps for the senior side. He was a member of the team in May 2011 when they competed at the Azlan Shah Cup in Malaysia.
