#3 Breakthrough of the Year
The breakthrough of the year award went to Red Bull F1 driver Daniel Ricciardo, who after replacing fellow Australian Mark Webber, won three Grand Prix at Canada, Hungary and Belgium in his maiden stint in Formula 1. He even did better than teammate and former World Champion Sebastian Vettel at Red Bull over the course of 2014.
He is currently 8th in the standings after three races of the 2015 Formula 1 season.
