The Barcelona magician has featured in numerous brilliant ads over the years which have enthralled his fans all over the world. Since Messi has featured in so many ads it was a herculean task to choose the very best of them but I managed to find five truly great ones. Which one is the most appealing? I would say all of them. #1 Adidas - Team Messi
This beautiful Adidas ad is fully dedicated to Messi and rightly so because he is one of the most friendly, clean and classy players around. Adidas encourages fans to play the game the right way just like Messi, who never lets anyone hold him down. The peppy soundtrack is also another bonus.
#2 Lays Ad
This ad was released shortly before this year’s World Cup and truly is a great ad. In the ad Messi walks through a Brazilian favela eating a packet of Lays and manages to attract the attention of fans who all scramble to take selfies with him. After the photo sessions are over Messi reaches into his packet only to find it empty. It is then that he realizes that his fans not only find him appealing but Lay’s chips too and helped themselves to his packet while he was posing for pictures. I’m particularly fond of this ad because it captures the beauty of Brazil and it’s friendly people and also manages to capture Messi’s love for his fans.
#3 Turkish Airlines Ad
Messi teams up with yet another famous athlete for this Turkish Airlines ad and this time his co-star is LA Lakers shooting guard Kobe Bryant. In the ad the two star athletes compete for the attention of a little boy and constantly try out antics to win him over but in the end the boy falls for a bowl of ice cream.

#5 Adidas - The Spark
Iconic footballer Zinedine Zidane shares the stage with Messi in this ad. Zidane travels to Argentina to witness Messi, who is described as a legendary player, in action for his country. The Frenchman is sceptical at first but is so amazed by what he saw that he returns home a believer.
