5 reasons why Triple H would be a better owner than Vince McMahon

Vince McMahon is a legendary promoter when it comes to the professional wrestling business. He acquired a product from his father and made it an international phenomenon through all those rough and tough tides that he had to face.McMahon’s run as the owner of WWE has a lot of historical significance and the path was filled with milestones at all turns. However, that glorious run might be coming to end in the near future as an impending retirement flies around in the air.Triple H is almost certain to take over the promotion from that point and the increased amount of power he has now serves as a practice for the same. When measure with McMahon, Hunter does not have a big resume as a promoter but here are five reasons why he could surpass the boss himself.

#5 The roster he has

Over the years as WWE’s owner, McMahon had a plethora of stars at his disposal. However, once he started off initially, he was making efforts to build an entertainment promotion around Hulk Hogan.

Hunter wouldn’t have that short coming during his starting days. He has youngsters like Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, Cody Rhodes, Bray Wyatt, Fergal Devitt and veterans like John Cena, Daniel Bryan, Brock Lesnar and himself which delivers a perfect blend.

At this moment, McMahon is making the final call which is the reason for Cena’s superman push. Hunter actually wanted to make Cena look weak after the SummerSlam battle which makes his intentions clear.

Hunter getting full control would result in maximum utilization of the current roster and youngsters rather than relying heavily on Cena.

#4 He knows how a wrestler feels

A Successful promoter always knows how to treat his employees, especially the wrestlers. In ring performer are the blood of a promotion and if they aren’t happy with their surrounding then it all falls apart like a castle of cards.

Vince had no trouble doing the same but he didn’t have the advantage that Hunter has now, Vince was never a professional wrestler.

Hunter knows what it feels like to be in between the ropes, running around with a tight schedule and having to hit the gym every now and then just to keep in shape.

He would be managing wrestlers with this in mind which ensures efficient outcomes. Instead of seeing Hunter as an owner, the superstars would relate him as one of them which is the truth after all.

#3 Experience factor

When Vince first entered into the business, he was still pretty much raw. He saw the achievements of his father and hanging around in that promotion for a few years was the only experience that McMahon had before he started steering WWE.

Triple H on the other hand comes will have decades of experience before he is crowned as the honor.

He has been breathing, eating and sleeping wrestling for almost three decades now and that is a lot of experience to be frank.

Hunter knows how the trends have been changing and most importantly he knows what the fans want which would certainly be his motto when he sits at the booking table.

#2 His respect for Indy Talent

Triple H’s love for the Independent wrestling is not a secret.

He has been recruiting a lot of talents from the Indy circuit ever since he got the power to do so and this has resulted in the likes of Rollins, Ambrose, Kenta, Prince Devitt, Kevin Steen and Adrian Neville ending up in the promotion.

Now though these superstars might be a bit toned down under the World Wrestling Entertainment roof, but that doesn’t take away the talent that they bring into the squared circle.

McMahon mostly ignored his competitions and wrestlers there after WCW folded but Hunter has no hesitation in doing what’s best for business and hiring these superstars who were once ignored by Vince.

#1 He learned from the best

For someone to become a good promoter he needs a good teacher (unless he is Paul Heyman of course) and Hunter is lucky when it comes to that aspect.

Though Vince Sr. had a wrestling promotion, his success levels never came near that of his son. Vince has been there and done it all when it comes to the business.

Hunter is learning the tricks from Vince during the current period and when he will be on his own, Hunter would have the power to take those ideas and give them a new life.

With the added experience of Vince, ability to understand wrestlers and fans makes Hunter the ideal successor for Vince and also, he has Stephanie McMahon which raises the bar higher.
