A lot of changes take place to the WWE product and the WWE writers will be in overdrive mode to come up with the best possible permutations for the granddaddy of them all. This has resulted in a flood of rumors on the internet. Some were talking about the return of edginess into the WWE product whereas there were also talks about how WWE is going to plan the rest of WrestleMania card. Shane McMahon vs. The Undertaker and Roman Reigns vs. Triple H are the matches which are already booked along with these two featured on the rumors list as well.So here are the top rumors and their analysis.

#5 Undercard matches for WrestleMania

Babyfaces

So far, WWE has booked three matches for WrestleMania. Triple H will be facing Roman Reigns for the WWE championship in a potential show-stopping match while Shane McMahon and Undertaker will square off inside Hell in a Cell for the control of Monday Night Raw.

Dean Ambrose vs. Brock Lesnar in a no holds barred showdown is the third match.

In addition to this, expect WWE to add New Day vs. League of Nations and Sasha Banks vs. Charlotte to the card, with hints from New Day about turning face for the same. However, the exclusion of Becky Lynch from the divas angle would be surprising if it turns out to be true.

#4 Plans for Shane McMahon

Shane is a short term performer

Shane McMahon has been driving the internet crazy for quite some time now and he was featured in the rumor mills this week around as well. The length of Shane’s stay during the current spell was the topic of discussion this time.

According to the rumors, Shane is considered as a short-term worker in the company and he might only stick around till WrestleMania.

Also, he is unlikely to use a substitute for his match against Undertaker at the pay-per-view. He is expected to play the babyface in the match when Taker would play the heel. There are also talks about an internal power struggle within the company due to the return of Shane.

#3 Hall of Fame induction of Bryan

The flying goat

From the looks of it WWE might be looking to induct Daniel Bryan into the Hall of Fame immediately. There is apparently a talk within WWE about Sting not being a big draw to headline this year’s Hall Of Fame class.

This has kept WWE in a position where they are thinking about inducting Bryan immediately and making him headline the class.

The rumor mill also suggested that Bryan’s retirement from wrestling was not a ploy to wrestle elsewhere. He is done wrestling and the chance of him making a return to the ring in any other promotion are very bleak.

#2 The situation of the WWE title match

Tough weeks ahead for Reigns

Despite the negative reaction that Roman Reigns is getting ahead of WrestleMania, WWE is still planning to push him as the top babyface of the company. The plan is still to let Reigns win big at Mania and continue to have a run as the champion.

WWE’s idea to avoid jeers for Reigns is to keep him off television for a major part of the buildup.

This way, WWE is expecting a huge cheer when Reigns will make his return eventually. At the same time, there is a concern floating about the reception Reigns will get heading to WrestleMania as the venues for Monday Night Raw are known for having hostile crowds.

We could also get to see a special guest referee for the match according to the rumors.

#1 Edgier product heading to WrestleMania 32

Vince has an interesting plan in place

Some internet rumors are suggesting that WWE is leaning towards an edgier product heading to WrestleMania.

The blood that was used in the angle involving Roman Reigns and Triple H at the end of Raw was a hint at this. Also, Vince McMahon went on to use the F-word on live television which was cut off by the USA network.

If the rumor turns out to be true, it would be enough to get the fans talking ahead of WrestleMania. Out of three matches booked so far, two involve special stipulations. There is a chance of bloodshed in both the bouts and having an edgy buildup could be WWE’s idea of pushing the envelope for these matches.
