As we advance into the College Bowl season, it's time to look at the prospects who could enter the 2023 NFL Draft. Many declarations will come in throughout the bowl season. The list is subject to change, but this is how the position currently stacks up:
Top 10 NFL QB Prospects
1) C.J. Stroud- 6'3, 218 lbs. Sophomore- Ohio State Buckeyes:
C.J. Stroud has a slight edge at the top of the 2023 QB class. It is easy to see Stroud's game translating to an NFL game. Stroud is a traditional pocket QB who can pick defenses apart with his timing and accuracy.

2) Bryce Young- 5'11, 195 lbs. Junior- Alabama Crimson Tide:
Bryce Young comes in as my #2 ranked QB, but this is not a slight. I understand the argument for Young in the top spot. Young has a cannon of a right arm and can throw the ball deep and with touch. What Bryce Young does that C.J. Stroud does not is adlib. Bryce Young can make something out of nothing when plays break down.
3) Anthony Richardson- 6'4, 232 lbs. Sophomore- Florida Gators:
Anthony Richardson is the wildcard of the QB position and the entire draft class if we are honest. Anthony Richardson has all the talent and tools that NFL talent evaluators covet. The discussion for each organization will be a production vs. projection for Anthony Richardson.

4) Will Levis- 6'3, 232 lbs. Senior- Kentucky Wildcats:
Will Levis is another QB with all the tools talent evaluators are looking for. Levis took an interesting route to get here, but for his draft stock, it worked out for the best. In Kentucky, we saw what Will Levis could do in an NFL scheme.
5) Tanner McKee- 6'6, 225 lbs. Junior- Stanford Cardinal:
Tanner McKee looks the part of a prototypical NFL QB. The size and the smarts will win over the NFL front office.
6) Hendon Hooker- 6'4, 218 lbs. Senior- Tennessee Volunteers:
Hendon Hooker is another wildcard at the QB position. Hooker came out of nowhere to have a scintillating 2022 campaign. Hooker suffered a knee injury; a medical recheck will be crucial.
7) Cameron Ward- 6'2, 220 lbs. Sophomore- Washington State Cougars:
Cameron Ward remains a bit of a project following his first season at the Division I level. Ward is a talent who will appeal to teams who feel they can tap into his potential.
8) Jaren Hall- 6'1, 205 lbs., Junior- BYU Cougars:
Jaren Hall plays with a lot of grit and determination. Some front offices will pound the table for a player like Jaren Hall.
9) Jayden Daniels- 6'3, 185 lbs., Junior- LSU Tigers:
Jayden Daniels is a spectacular talent. If there is any player on this list who could use another season at the college level, it is Jayden Daniels. Daniels needs to get bigger to sustain himself at a more physical NFL level.
10) Devin Leary- 6'1, 216 lbs., Junior- NC State Wolfpack:
Devin Leary was on his way to another stellar season before an injury befell the Wolfpack signal-caller. Leary will be an interesting case study if he declares for the 2023 Draft.
