Rohit Sharma was the only Indian batsman who looked at ease in both innings of the WTC final. The opener helped India see off the new ball spells by Kiwi pacers Tim Southee and Trent Boult. He scored 34 and 30 respectively in each innings, but could not convert his two starts into a big score.
