Becky Lynch X  WWE : Evolution of The Man

Within her decade long association with WWE, Becky Lynch has become a household name. She was the inaugural SmackDown Women’s Champion and a 2 time RAW Women’s Champion.

Prior to signing with WWE, Becky Lynch trained at a wrestling school in Ireland owned by Finn Balor. Five months later, Lynch officially made her in-ring debut under the name Rebecca Knox.

In 2013, the Irish star signed with WWE where she had her first match against Summer Rae. Little did she know her NXT class would go on to produce top notch names in the industry today.

She took on the Irish Lass Kicker moniker and became a fan favorite. A couple of years after her NXT debut she was pushed up to RAW where Charlotte Flair, Saraya (fka Paige) and Sasha Banks were called up too.

At the time, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair worked together which soon evolved into a real-life friendship. They also worked in unison when competing in the tag team division.

Lynch soon became a force to be reckoned with in the women’s division. Her mic skills and in-ring capability enabled her to personify The Man, setting her at par with her male counterparts.

Ronda Rousey, Flair and Lynch created history by main-eventing WrestleMania in a Winner Take All match where The Man won the RAW and SmackDown Women’s Championships.
