Giannis scored 50 points against the Phoenix Suns in Game 6 of the 2021 NBA Finals, leading the Bucks to a championship win.

3. Kevin Durant

Kevin Durant scored 50 points for the Warriors in their 2019 NBA Playoffs 1st round Game 6 against the LA Clippers.

4. Damian Lillard

Damian Lillard dropped 50 points against the OKC Thunder in Portland's Game Game 5 Round One win in 2019.

5. Charles Barkley

Charles Barkley scored 56 points against the Warriors for the Suns in Game 3 of their 1994 playoffs first round series.
