Although Dan Marino never won a Super Bowl, he remains one of the greatest QBs in NFL history. While that's definitely a true statement, the former Dolphins star is one of the finest QBs period.

Marino, who had an terrific college career at Pittsburgh, was drafted by the Dolphins in the 1983 NFL Draft. That was the well-known draft that also produced fellow HOF QBs Elway & Kelly.

Marino had a strong rookie season with 7 wins in 9 starts. In his second year, he set an NFL record of 5,000+ passing yards and 40+ touchdowns, leading the Dolphins to a 14-2 record.

Marino won the regular-season MVP award and led the Dolphins to Super Bowl XIX, but they lost to Montana's 49ers 38-16. It was the only Super Bowl Marino ever played in.
