Dorian Hector, also known as BluPrint, is an American social media influencer, dancer, and content creator. He is famed for competing on the 10th season of FOX's reality competition So You Think You Can Dance, a hit ongoing TV show that has been running since 2005.
Hector also gained a large following on both Vine and musical.ly for his creative and skillful animation dance. His popularity carried through to TikTok as well, where currently he has over 6.5 million followers and over 82 million likes.

Hector began familiarizing himself with dance at an early age. He grew up watching several industry prominent figures like Michael Jackson and Chris Brown who danced and sang for a living. After practicing for years, Hector thought of pursuing the art form as a career path. He eventually ventured into performing Animation Dancing and after years of perfecting his dance skills, he earned a position in the dance group Dragon House. The crew had 23 members performing Hip-Hop dance.
In 2013, he competed on the most prestigious stage of “So You Think You Can Dance” and first auditioned for season 10 in Memphis, Tennessee. Hector was revealed to be in the top 20, along with fellow Animator, Jade Zuberi. Jade and Hector teamed up with choreographer, Christopher Scott, for a mesmerizing Animation duet.
Later, Hector danced a Contemporary group routine with the top 10 guys, choreographed by Christopher Scott. His last routine was a Jazz group dance with the top 20, choreographed by Sonya Tayeh.

Hector performed a Funk Jazz group dance, choreographed by Tabitha and Napoleon D'umo. He was paired up with Ballroom dancer Brittany Cherry for an African Jazz routine that was choreographed by Sean Cheesman. Hector danced a whimsical Tyce Diorio, Broadway group dance. He was not at the bottom during that week but his partner, Brittany was.
Brittany was eliminated at the top of the show, but she still had to perform with Hector. Their routine was a Broadway number, choreographed by Spencer Liff. The following week, in the Top 17 Performance, Hector performed a Contemporary group routine, choreographed by Sonya Tayeh and Christopher Scott. He appeared to be at the bottom and had to dance for his life.
Meanwhile, he joined forces with a new partner Mariah Spears, for a fast Hip Hop duet, choreographed by Luther Brown. Hector was saved for the week and was not eliminated at the end of the show. The following week, in the Top 16 Performance, Hector danced a Contemporary group dance by Stacey Tookey and Peter Chu. Hector was announced to be at the bottom again, along with his partner, Mariah. Later, they performed a jazz duet, choreographed by Brian Friedman but Hector and Mariah were, unfortunately, both eliminated.

After the show, he decided to get onto social media to showcase his skill on the dance floor, and because of the popularity gained from his appearances on the TV show, Hector began receiving a lot of attention on Vine, Instagram, and YouTube. As Vine was defunct he moved on to Musically, and then eventually to TikTok. As of now, Hector’s TikTok Account has 6.5 million followers with over 82.7 million likes.
Similarly, he gained parallel prominence in his Instagram account with over 801k followers. His popular self-titled YouTube channel has become an outlet for dance videos and collaborations with countless renowned dancers and has over 109k subscribers. Understandably, most of Hector’s content involves dance, with the occasion lip-sync, comedy, and vlog video.
He is close friends with fellow dancers like Nick Raiano and the fellow Vine star has appeared in numerous videos on his Vine, YouTube, and musical.ly channels. His father is Aubrey Aikee Hector, a former US soldier, and his mother TShanae Mahomes who is serving as a senior consultant at MaryKay since March of 2019. Dorian’s parents got divorced and his father was in a relationship with Melissa Bryant, while his mother is married to Tony Mahomes since 1999. He has a sister named Aija Hector. Dorian attended Cedar Grove High School in Ellenwood, Georgia, and graduated in 2011.

Dorian according to online reports is a gay man and his past relationships are currently unknown. He is currently in a relationship with Danny Morris and the pair started dating each other in October of 2017 and they are still going strong together.
