Adam Henrique is a Canadian center who plays for the Edmonton Oilers. He was drafted 82nd overall by the New Jersey Devils in 2008 and debuted in the NHL in the 2011–12 season. That year, he recorded 51 points and helped the Devils reach the Stanley Cup Final with two series-clinching overtime goals. He became the first rookie in NHL history to score two series-winning OT goals in one playoff. Henrique led the Devils in plus/minus during the 2012 playoffs and later scored 30 goals in the 2015–16 season.

He was traded to the Anaheim Ducks in 2017 for defenseman Sami Vatanen. With the Ducks, Henrique reached milestones like his first NHL hat trick in December 2023 and his 500th point in January 2024. After seven seasons, he was traded to the Oilers on March 6, 2024, in a three-team deal. He signed a two-year, $6 million contract with Edmonton in July 2024. Henrique scored seven points in 17 playoff games as the Oilers made the 2024 Stanley Cup Final but lost to the Florida Panthers.
