We're only a few weeks away before we reach to the next WWE pay-per-view Hell in a Cell. Thus far only six matches have been made official--four matches from SmackDown Live and two-matches from Raw--.

Hell in a Cell PPV is all set to take place next month in September. This is the time of the year when WWE struggles for rating due to several reasons. And be seeing this issue WWE really needs to feature some solids feuds at HIAC to sell the tickets. And be seeing how both brands are shaping the current feuds for HIAC it seems that this year's PPV will be more successful than the previous year's.

Follow Sportskeeda for the latest WWE news, rumors, and all other wrestling news.

Here in this list, I am going to lay out 10 steps for WWE to book Hell in a cell. Just read this article to know what's coming to your TV screen next month in September.

#10 End The Revival vs The B-Team feud once and for all

The B-team got a chance to lay their hands on Raw tag-team championships when they defeated Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy. Since then they have only feuded with The Revival. Their rivalry is going on for over a month now and we're already are sick of the feud between these two teams.

Someone else now should get a chance to go after those titles and bring the prestige that they have lost and the perfect option for this is Authors Of Pain--Akam and Razar. They have been shown as the most dominant team in NXT history.

But since making their main roster debut they have not involved in a single major feud. And now it's a perfect time for them to make a solid statement by winning those titles.

WWE should book The B-Team against The Revival at HIAC and make Scott and Dash Wilder win it cleanly. After winning the titles they can move on to a new feud which would eventually fresh up the things to a little extent.

#9 Start a Feud between The Power of Positivity and The Bar

The New Day won SmackDown Live Tag-Team Titles a week ago and became the 5-time WWE tag team champions. In the bout, they defeated the reigning champs--The Bludgeon Brothers.

Those titles were changed only because Eric Rowan got his bicep teared up which was sustained at WWE SummerSlam and he would require a surgery to repair it.

And the feud between two teams has ended for now and The New Day needs an opponent to defend those title at HIAC and seeing how The Bar is currently without a storyline on the Blue Brand, they would be the perfect opponent to challenge them.

And if the former rivals are ready to collide once again for the titles then they are absolutely capable of delivering a classic match. Also, they have already qualified in the Tag-Team Tournament arranged by G.M Paige.

#8 Book Nikki Bella vs Ruby Riott for HIAC

The Bella Twins made their return this week on the Raw brand after a long time and they announced that they will be making their in-ring return next week on Raw. Also, WWE announced that they will face the Riott Squad and be seeing how this will be the first match for Nikki and Brie since their return WWE will not make them lose at any cost. So you guys can expect a victory for The Bella Twins next week.

Brie Bella already has her match with her husband Daniel Bryan against The Miz and Maryse at HIAC and it would make sense for Nikki to have a match too at the PPV. And seeing how they are booked to face The Riott Squad, Ruby Riott will be a perfect option for Nikki's HIAC opponent.

Also, their upcoming match could prove to be the starting of this feud which could conclude at HIAC. And as some of you know, Nikki is rumored to face current Raw Women's Champion Ronda Rousey at Evolution this might be the seed for it which WWE needs.

And also it would be like a warm-up match for Nikki after her long return before she gets on to the bigger things like winning the Raw Women's Champion from Rousey at Evolution PPV.

#7 Make Becky Lynch win at HIAC but by DQ

Becky Lynch turned heel at this year's SummerSlam after Charlotte beat her and Carmella to win the Smackdown Live Women's Championship. It's been a long time for Becky since she has gotten into the title picture.

Becky announced this week on SmackDown Live, she will face Charlotte Flair for the title at HIAC and be seeing how she has just turned heel it would be a huge mistake to put the title over The Irish LassKicker just yet. First, they should present Becky as a more dominant heel than they put the title over her.

Also, it would be Charlotte's first PPV title defence and it would be wrong to get off the title from her. She is The Queen, not Sasha Banks! WWE should at least wait till their all women's pay-per-view to make Becky new champion so that in the meantime she could present her as a heel.

#6 Book Daniel Bryan and Brie Bella to win at HIAC but their rivalry doesn't end

https://staticg.sportskeeda.com/editor/2018/08/4ba38-1534923481-800.jpg

Daniel Bryan and Brie Bella are already booked to face The Miz and Maryse at HIAC. Seeing how personal this rivalry has gotten in the past weeks their feud shouldn't end just now. WWE should book Bryan and Brie to win at HIAC.

But Bryan should still face The Miz after that as we've still not got a clear winner between the two since Miz took a cheap shot victory at SummerSlam so the WWE has already booked the two at the Super Show-Down pay-per-view to decide who's the No.1 contender for WWE Championship.

But this time this bout should end with a clean win to decide who's the best among two men(so that their feud could end for now at least). And as talking for Brie and Maryse their feud could sum up at WWE Evolution seeing how WWE more Women's matches at the PPV than ever.

#5 Start a feud between The Rockstar and Rusev Day

Shinsuke became the WWE U.S Champion with a quick work back at this year's Extreme Rules pay-per-view. Since then he has only feuded with former Champion Jeff Hardy. As their rivalry has finally come to an end this month at SummerSlam Shinsuke needs a new opponent for his title defence and the only person who's fit for this is Rusev.

SD Live currently has two top-babyfaces only--AJ Styles and Daniel Bryan. The Blue brand clearly lacks babyfaces so the only superstar who could challenge Nakamura for the title should be only and only Rusev (unless someone pops out of NXT like EC3 or Johhny Gargano or Alister Black).

Rusev has waited for a long time now to hold a title. Any feud he's a part of from a few months now he's only buried in them nothing more has than that but this time WWE should properly use a talent like Rusev as he's high with WWE Universe right now.

They should book Nakamura vs Rusev for HIAC with the title on the line and make Rusev wins it for the better good of their product.

#4 Book Ronda Rousey to retain the title to end this rivalry for better good

Image result for ronda rousey vs alexa bliss at summerslam

Ronda Rousey won the Raw women's championship back at this year's SummerSlam and became the First Women in history to hold the UFC as well as WWE women's championship. Since then she has gone to feud only with Alexa Bliss.

The rivalry between two Superstars has been going on for months now and we're slowly losing interest from this storyline. Every single time Bliss and Rousey have gone head-to-head Little Miss Bliss has lost clean. To end this feud how many times does Alexa have to take a pinfall?

It's time for Rousey to move on to a new feud. WWE should book them to bring an end to this rivalry at HIAC by making Rousey retain her title and move on from this bout. After it, there are plenty of worthy opponents for her to face at the Raw brand and according to some rumours Nikki Bella is in line to challenge Rousey for the championship at Evolution pay-per-view.

#3 Make Strowman lose at Hell in a Cell

https://staticg.sportskeeda.com/editor/2018/08/97eca-1535422056-800.jpg

Sounds pretty stupid eh! But it should happen.

Braun Strowman announced this week on Raw that he'll be cashing in his MITB contract at HIAC after which temp. GM of Raw Baron Corbin made this match official adding a stipulation to it--Hell in the Cell.

Roman Reigns won the title this month at SummerSlam and WWE will not make him lose it just yet after all what was the point for him to run around the title for years. WWE should now look in the direction to build Roman as a more dominant champion and the first step to do it is booking him to retain his title at HIAC by sacrificing Strowman (pun intended). But as they say with sacrifice greater good comes.

I know that it will be a secondly failed MITB cash-in for two years in a row. But that doesn't mean Strowman won't be holding the title. As it'll be Roman's first PPV title defence he couldn't bear to lose it just yet. By making Reigns retain the title will add a new chapter to this rivalry.

After which WWE should continue to run this feud a little longer and in the meantime, they should make Strowman hold the title but the clear winner of this feud should come out only The Big Dawggg- Roman Reigns.

#2 Give Owens a chance

https://staticg.sportskeeda.com/editor/2018/08/88eed-1535431126-800.jpg

Seriously! I don't know what's going on with Kevin Owens?

Kevin Owens continued his losing streak this week at Raw when he sadly lost to Seth Rollins despite his great effort after which he took the mic and said: "I Quit". All the bumps that he's been taking and seeing what's going on with him for months now, he deserves a shot to hold that title for a time-period.

It's been a while since Ownes has won a title. The last title he holds was U.S championship which he lost too a couple of months ago. WWE should book Owens to go against Rollins for the title at HIAC and make him win that clean.

He clearly needs this victory more than Rollins do now. What good is that title doing to Rollins after The Shield has reunited? Rollins could move on to some bigger feud with his brother Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns.

They are reunited just because they could gain some sympathy for Roman. So what role will Rollins's title do it in? A better option is to let Owens hold the title for now and rebuild him as he was before when he was the Universal Champion.

#1 Book Samoa Joe to lose

Image result for joe vs styles summerslam

Samoa Joe faced Styles for the WWE Championship at this year's SummerSlam in which he came out in a losing effort after Styles attacked him with a couple of chair shots. Seeing how personal this rivalry has gotten in past weeks after Joe targeted Styles family WWE has already booked them to face each other again at HIAC.

But this time WWE needs to do something new in their upcoming match. They should put up a Hell in a Cell stipulation to intensify their rivalry. But the result of this bout should be Styles. There is no way WWE would be looking to take the championship off The Champ just now.

Also, October is the month when Styles will be promoting the WWE 2K19 video game and he is the cover star of the game so why it would make any sense for him to lose the title. So WWE should book Joe to lose against Styles. Expect Styles to hold the title until the end of this year.
