SmackDown Live's final chapter before moving to FOX next week, finished off well. Tuesday's show brought several impressive segments and outstanding matches. After an awe-inspiring show, the fans will certainly be eager to see the season premiere of SmackDown Live on FOX.

The show began with a long anticipated match between former tag team partners, Daniel Bryan and Erick Rowan. The new 24/7 Champion, Carmella, teamed with former nemesis Charlotte Flair against Sasha Banks and Bayley. The Kabuki Warriors returned in victorious fashion, as they defeated Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville. Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch closed the show with a brawl in the backstage area.

A huge tag team match between WWE's Four Horsewomen is already confirmed for next week's SmackDown Live debut on FOX and things are certainly heating up for the Blue Brand.

With all that in mind, let's take a look at three things SmackDown Live made clear this week.

#3 Ali will challenge Nakamura

Hell in a Cell is less than two weeks away and the Intercontinental Championship is expected to be on the line. Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura is having a decent run. The 'King of Strong Style' fought Ali in a non-title match on SmackDown Live this week.

Since Sami Zayn made an alliance with Nakamura, the champion has attained great deal of momentum. While Zayn is doing an incredible job as a mouthpiece for Nakamura, he is also helping the champion in the squared circle. Nakamura managed to pin Ali this week, thanks to Zayn's interference.

Since there is very little time to develop a new feud for the Intercontinental Championship before Hell in a Cell, Ali will be Nakamura's next challenger. Ali and Nakamura have faced each other in regular matches and WWE could add a new stipulation to their title match at the upcoming pay-per-view. Ali has never won a title in WWE, so it will be interesting to see if he wins his first by defeating the 'King of Strong Style.'

#2 Chad Gable and Elias will start a new rivalry

Chad Gable has been enjoying a stupendous run as of late. He has been on TV regularly since the King of the Ring tournament began. The former American Alpha tag team star even appeared on both RAW and SmackDown Live this week.

While Gable faced Baron Corbin on this week's edition of RAW, he fought Mike Kanellis on SmackDown Live. It was an easy win for the King of the Ring finalist, as he squashed Kanellis in impressive fashion.

Right after the victory, Elias made an appearance from the backstage area. 'The Drifter' took a jab at Chad Gable, mocking his height. As a matter of fact, Elias sang a song, insulting Chad Gable and his stature. The segment most certainly indicated a new rivalry between the two Superstars.

Elias and Gable were previously set to lock horns in the semifinals of the King of the Ring tournament, but 'The Drifter' suffered an injury and Shane McMahon replaced him. Moreover, Gable and Elias are both Blue Brand competitors, and it would make sense if they start a new rivalry after the big FOX debut. We could even see a match between the two Superstars at Hell in a Cell.

#1 Daniel Bryan has turned a babyface

The Bludgeon Brothers have been invincible since their reunion at Clash of Champions, where Erick Rowan secured a victory over Roman Reigns with no small assist from the returning Luke Harper. The duo also dominated both Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns last week on SmackDown Live.

As a result, Bryan challenged Rowan for a singles match this week, but the latter managed to continue his brilliant run, pinning the former WWE Champion. When the match was over, Bryan was attacked by The Bludgeon Brothers before Roman Reigns came to his rescue.

This week's SmackDown Live was monumental for Daniel Bryan, as he teamed up with Roman Reigns and turned full-fledged babyface. A tag team match is official for Hell in a Cell, where the team of Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan will take on Erick Rowan and Luke Harper. It should be an extraordinary match considering how this feud has been booked.

Bryan turned heel last year when he won the WWE Championship from AJ Styles. While he has had an outstanding run as a heel, he reached the top of the ladder in his career as a babyface. The former WWE Champion main evented WrestleMania 30, where he was a babyface and an underdog. With his newfound personality change, look for Daniel Bryan to climb the ranks once again.
