Triple H is probably one of the best wrestlers ever to step foot in the WWE. From giving amazing matches to managing things backstage, The Game has done it all. He is the mastermind behind NXT, and I don't have to tell you how great the brand is doing.

He has been working for the WWE since 1995 and has made many close friends in this business. Even though Triple H mostly plays the 'bad-guy' in WWE, he is actually one of the kindest men in the company. However, this doesn't mean that he is friends with everyone, in this column, we will take a look at 3 WWE Superstars Triple H probably likes in real life and 3 he dislikes.

Note: We all know that Triple H and Shawn Michaels are best friends and that is why I won't include him in this list.

Seth Rollins broke The Shield in 2014 for Triple H. Since then, his career has risen up as The Authority was behind him.

Rollins then went to become one of the best heels in the company and he even won the WWE Championship. After having a successful run as a heel, he feuded with Triple H to become one of the most prominent faces of the WWE.

In both instances, The Game has helped Rollins, and it changed everything for the latter. In 2017, Triple H admitted that Rollins is the future of WWE.

“To stand in the ring with a guy as talented as Seth Rollins is, who’s kind of the current and the future of WWE in many ways, it’s hard to describe how that feels. For me knowing that I was there as he was coming into the WWE, seeing his development in the Shield, being there for a lot of it and seeing him come all the way to where he is now, it’s very gratifying in a lot of ways.”

Recent rumours have revealed that Triple H is the man behind Rollins' WWE push and it proves that The Cerebral Assassin actually likes the former World Champion.

Dislikes: Bret Hart

The Infamous Montreal Screwjob
The Infamous Montreal Screwjob

Bret Hart was the victim of the infamous Montreal Screwjob that benefitted Shawn Michaels. This was probably the most controversial moment in the history of WWE.

After Survivor Series 1997, Bret Hart's contract with the WWE was going to expire. The same night, he was going to defend his championship against The Heartbreaking Kid, Shawn Michaels.

The show was in Hart's home-country (Canada), and he didn't want to lose there. Hart pitched the idea that he would retain his title and then relinquish it later to join the WCW. But, Vince McMahon didn't agree to it.

Finally, The Boss agreed to him, but he actually had a different plan in his mind. At the Survivor Series, Michaels won the match in a controversial way. This generated a lot of heat from the Canadian audience towards Michaels and Vince McMahon.

One of the reports suggested that The Game was the man who suggested this idea to Michaels and McMahon. He didn't like the way Hart denied to lose his title and probably this is why he dislikes him. Both superstars have exchanged words in the past and it seems like they are still on bad terms.

Likes: Randy Orton

Triple H is Orton's mentor

Randy Orton debuted in the WWE in 2002 and quickly received a strong push from the creative team.

He was also a part of the famous faction called Evolution in WWE. This group consisted of Triple H, Randy Orton, Batista and Ric Flair.

Evolution lasted for some time before it was broken in 2005. By that time Randy Orton had become the youngest World Heavyweight Champion and Batista had also won the 2005 Royal Rumble match.

According to WhatCulture, Triple H and Ric Flair were the ones to elevate Orton and Batista's career in the WWE. HHH has always been like a mentor to The Viper and under his wings, The 13-time WWE Champion achieved a lot of big things in the WWE.

If these reports are true then it simply means that both superstars are friends of each other in real life.

Dislikes: Rob Van Dam

Rob was a blockbuster ECW Superstar
Rob was a blockbuster ECW Superstar

Rob Van Dam was one of the few wrestlers to get an early big push in the WWE. In 2002, he secured a main event spot in the company as he once had in ECW.

However, it didn't last long as, after some time, WWE stopped pushing him. Rumours suggested that it was actually Triple H who blocked the road for him. Former WWE Superstar Paul London once revealed that The Game was jealous of Rob and this is why he stopped his push in the WWE.

"That is another reason I'm pretty sure I won't be returning there any time soon. Hunter was pretty obviously jealous of certain individuals. I'm not saying he was jealous of me. I could tell he was envious of (Rob) Van Dam. He was extremely envious of Rob's success. He was jealous of Van Dam's personality. He was jealous that people gravitated towards Rob, because people liked being around Rob because he was very positive. The most glaring was the work rate. Hunter has had the same matches his whole career. If the guy is so damn tough, why does he need a sledgehammer. How do you justify this guying be a bad ass if he always has a weapon. Hunter is like that nerd that throws out a joke expecting the room to start laughing and ends up laughing at his own joke."

The Undertaker and Triple H have been involved in a number of battles

The Undertaker and Triple H have crossed paths on many occasions in the WWE. Last year they fought at the WWE Super Show-Down in Melbourne, Australia where The Game defeated The Undertaker. After some time, they once again collided at the WWE Crown Jewel where The Undertaker and Kane lost to Triple H and Shawn Michaels.

Even though Taker and Triple H have been rivals for many years in the WWE, they are pretty close in real life. Both superstars have had many emotional moments in WWE with the most popular being in the Wrestlemania 28.

When The Undertaker lost against Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania 33, The Game used Twitter to show how much he respects him.

This proves that The Game actually likes The Deadman and both are very close to each other.

Dislikes: CM Punk

CM Punk took multiple shots against Triple H during his WWE tenure. In an interview given to Colt Cabana, Punk revealed that Triple H actually never liked him. He also said that The Game always tried to cut down his momentum in 2011.

The former WWE Champion was supposed to be in a movie by WWE Studios, but he got replaced by Randy Orton, and when asked about it, Triple H never gave a proper reply to him. Punk was reportedly also scheduled to face Triple H at Wrestlemania 30, but this match never happened because Punk left the WWE. Punk was one of the most polarising superstars in the company's history, and the fans miss him to this day.

The Straight Edge superstar has revealed that he won't be returning to pro wrestling and it could be the reason why things never got solved between the duo.
