4 Biggest things we could see on this week's SmackDown - Face turn, Dream match

The Fiend and Daniel Bryan

WWE managed to give fans two pre-taped episodes of RAW and SmackDown, both of which derived from Manchester, England. Nevertheless, the build towards Survivor Series has been exciting and will continue on this week's SmackDown, which comes live to us from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA.

This week's edition of Friday Night SmackDown has a lot on its plate. After attacking Daniel Bryan, 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt might explain his actions. With Survivor Series just around the corner, SmackDown will most likely complete both their men's and women's 5-on-5 teams.

Furthermore, after making her intentions clear on RAW this week, Bayley might be expecting an attack from the NXT Women's Champion Shayna Baszler. Moreover, the feud between Roman Reigns and King Corbin will continue to unravel this week on SmackDown.

With all that in mind, let's take a look at the four biggest things that might happen on Friday Night SmackDown.

#4 New Day's Title celebration is cut short by the Undisputed Era ( Kyle O' Reilly and Bobby Fish)

Last week on SmackDown, The New Day defeated The Revival to become the brand new SmackDown Tag Team Champions, which will likely add them to the Triple Threat Tag Team Match against The Viking Raiders and The Undisputed Era at Survivor Series.

WWE hasn't focused much on the Tag Team Division since the build for Survivor Series started. In fact, there hasn't been a single altercation between the above-mentioned teams, which could change this Friday night.

The heel Undisputed Era stable may attack Kofi Kingston and Big E, as The New Day comes comes out to celebrate their championship win. Perhaps WWE can also throw The Viking Raiders into the mix, in a bid to hype this feud before Survivor Series on November 24th.

#3 The OC launch an attack on Shinsuke Nakamura & Sami Zayn

Will these two in-ring masters come face to face?

Another match that was recently made official for Survivor Series is AJ Styles vs Shinsuke Nakamura vs Roderick Strong in a Triple Threat Match. Just a mere look at the competitors in this upcoming Survivor Series showdown reveals the bout to be a potential show stealer.

In order to attract even more attention to this budding feud, expect The OC to show up on this week's SmackDown. Also, after last week's show, Cesaro could join the heel team of Sami Zayn and Nakamura, which, if true, will make this confrontation all the more interesting.

Throw in The Undisputed Era and this could very well be a stand-off between three different heel stables. Whatever happens, this feud will definitely be the one to watch out for heading into Survivor Series.

#2 Sasha Banks takes on Shayna Baszler

Could this really happen? The answer is why not? Looking at the booking decisions being made on RAW and SmackDown recently, WWE hasn't really backed out of giving the WWE Universe dream matches. Adam Cole vs Daniel Bryan, Adam Cole vs Seth Rollins, Tommaso Ciampa vs The Miz, Rollins vs WALTER, have all happened recently.

So far, there hasn't been a women's singles match involving an NXT Superstar and a SmackDown or RAW one. Shayna Baszler could show up on SmackDown looking for a fight after she was blindsided by Bayley on this week's RAW.

Instead, Baszler could end up facing Bayley's best friend in Sasha Banks. This match would most likely end in a DQ finish, but what a bout this would be if it does indeed happen.

#1 Daniel Bryan turns face & challenges The Fiend for the Universal Championship at Survivor Series

This feud will be absolutely epic!
This feud will be absolutely epic!

Daniel Bryan has behaved a bit oddly over the past couple of weeks on the Blue Brand. He has worked neither as a heel, nor a face. Last week, Bryan was contemplating whether to join Sami Zayn and Shinsuke Nakamura's heel team and make it a three-man faction, but at that very moment, The Fiend appeared and hit a Mandible Claw on the former WWE Champion.

That attack has seemingly confirmed that Bryan and Bray Wyatt will indeed engage in a potentially epic feud. This week on SmackDown, while addressing The Fiend's attack, Bryan could end up bringing back the Yes Movement, turn face, and challenge Wyatt for the Universal Championship at Survivor Series.

Wyatt could then answer via an episode of Firefly Fun House, where he can explain his actions further and hopefully accept Bryan's Survivor Series challenge.
