This week's WWE RAW came with a lot of baggage before a single minute of the episode had even aired. The confusion surrounding the plane delay in Saudi Arabia following Crown Jewel was hanging over everything but on the other hand, the excitement of SmackDown's NXT invasion and the promise of the same thing happening on RAW was a scintillating one.

But the spectre of a potential fallout among talent following the Saudi Arabia delay wasn't really felt and sure enough, Triple H rolled into Monday Night RAW with a convoy of SUV's and NXT once again made their presence felt heading into Survivor Series. This, of course, all follows the Black and Gold brand being recently announced as taking part in the brand supremacy Pay-Per-View for the first time.

But if you haven't had a chance to see what happened next on Monday Night RAW, or what else took place over the course of the three hours outside of the NXT shenanigans then don't worry! I'm here to bring you all of the information you need to know going forward into this week's NXT on USA on Wednesday, and Friday's SmackDown on FOX.

So, here are the major storyline developments you need to know from WWE RAW (4th November, 2019)

#4. Brock Lesnar is now on Monday Night RAW and things aren't over between him and Rey Mysterio

Monday Night RAW opened with Paul Heyman saying that Lesnar can be on whatever brand he wants and he's now on RAW. We then saw Brock Lesnar backstage angrily looking for Rey Mysterio, with 'The Beast Incarnate' demolishing anyone who was unfortunate enough to get in his way and not know where the Luchador was, flanked, as ever, by his advocate Paul Heyman.

Lesnar and Heyman's search for Rey Mysterio led them to the WWE announce table where Brock Lesnar would threaten Jerry 'The King' Lawler until RAW's own commentary member Dio Maddin would stand up and get in Lesnar's face. This was a big mistake as he was promptly F-5'ed through the announce table.

However, this momentary loss of focus from Lesnar enabled Mysterio to blindside Lesnar with a steel baseball bat with 'The Master of the 619' completely demolishing Brock Lesnar with the weapon. The masked wrestler then cut a promo backstage telling Lesnar that he was going to take the thing he loves the most - the WWE Title.

It then didn't take long for WWE to make the match official. At Survivor Series we're not getting a champion vs. champion vs. champion match. No, we're getting the continuation of this feud between Lesnar and Mysterio as the two will do battle over the WWE Title.

There are lots of potential wild-cards for this match now, both Dominick and Cain Velasquez could factor into the title match, and then there's Dio Maddin and what he'll decide to do about Lesnar assaulting him, if anything. I like that they've gone in this direction instead of doing the usual Survivor Series schtick!

#3. Bobby Lashley and Lana continue to taunt Rusev as the affair storyline continues, a new faction builds?

For those of you who might not be up to speed on this, let me recap it for you. Rusev may or may not be the real father to Maria Kanellis' child and is allegedly a sex-addict. As a result, Lana has cheated on Rusev with Bobby Lashley, and the pair have been humiliating Lana's estranged husband on television ever since.

It's one of the more colorful, shall we say, storylines we've seen from WWE in quite some time and it's certainly proving to divide opinion on whether or not it's good or bad. Either way though, it isn't going anywhere anytime soon as this week's Monday Night RAW proved.

First of all, Rusev saying 'tonight is the night to put an end to all this drama' is an all-time troll job but I digress. Rusev took to the ring to call out his soon-to-be ex-wife's current flame 'Bob Lashley' telling him that he can have Lana.

Lashley and Lana emerge from the back, but Lashley reveals he is not cleared to compete because he suffered a very debilitating injury, not wrestling, but with Lana.

Lana then announces that Drew McIntyre has volunteered to fight Rusev in the injured Lashley's place. The match doesn't last too long however, until Lashley revealed he wasn't injured and attacked Rusev. McIntyre not wanting anything to do with it leaves, but as soon as Rusev turns the tables on his love-rival, Randy Orton slinks in to RKO him 'outta nowhere'.

The pair beat down Rusev until Ricochet makes the save and clears the ring. So, it seems that the remnants of 'Team Flair' from Crown Jewel are still working together with McIntyre, Lashley and Orton getting involved in Lashley's extramarital affairs, and then Ricochet is also getting dragged in. I guess we all love a bit of drama don't we!

#2. Becky Lynch and Shayna Baszler come face-to-face

One woman who has benefited immensely from this NXT invasion of the two main roster shows is Shayna Baszler. She got involved on SmackDown and laid out Bayley and Sasha Banks and on this week's RAW, she came face-to-face with 'The Man' Becky Lynch and walked out of it looking better than before.

It's not often someone gets into a physical or verbal altercation with WWE Raw Women's Champion Becky Lynch and doesn't come away from it looking like a chump in comparison, but when NXT Women's Champion Baszler interrupted a sit-down interview with Lynch she looked every bit her equal.

The pair made it clear there's bad blood between them because Lynch beat Baszler's friend Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania, although Baszler reminded Lynch that she isn't Ronda Rousey and will pin or submit Lynch at Survivor Series.

Before all of that though we learned from Charley Caruso that we're getting SmackDown Women's Champion Bayley, RAW Women's Champion Becky Lynch and NXT Women's Champion Shayna Baszler in a battle for brand supremacy.

It seems WWE has already decided to focus on the animosity between Baszler and Lynch which is great because it once again makes Bayley an afterthought which plays into her new heel persona and it ultimately helps build towards that Ronda Rousey Vs. Becky Lynch singles match without overtly doing it.

My hope is that Baszler gets her MMA horsewomen teammates Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir and we continue building towards that ever-elusive WWE Horsewomen Vs MMA Horsewomen match that was teased at the first Mae Young Classic.

#1. Triple H tries to recruit Seth Rollins back to NXT, the former Universal champion doesn't know what to do next

Seth Rollins went out to the ring and cut a promo stating that he doesn't know what to do next. Triple H swiftly made his way out and reminded Rollins that whenever he's been stuck before, Triple H has taken him and made him a champion. Triple H then gives Rollins an ultimatum - 'you're either with me, or you're against me.'

Later backstage, Rollins tells Triple H that if he is wanted on Wednesday Nights then he isn't doing it as former Universal Champion, he's doing it as NXT Champion and wants a match against Adam Cole for the title. Triple H accepts and this becomes the main event of the show.

Anyone excited for another instant classic like Adam Cole vs. Daniel Bryan was on SmackDown will be disappointed as this one ended up devolving into a mass brawl between members of the RAW locker room and members of the NXT locker room after the Undisputed Era get themselves disqualified and team-up on Rollins.

So, from the conclusion of that match you'd expect Seth Rollins to now be firmly on team RAW when it comes to Survivor Series right? Well, not necessarily. This is WWE after all. After the show, Rollins tweeted the following, which as you'll see, is deliberately non-committal.

What does 'time to play the game' mean? Well, knowing WWE, it's almost certain that Rollins will pretend to be team RAW for the next few weeks and will then shockingly betray Monday Night RAW at Survivor Series giving us that long awaited heel turn that people have been clamoring for over the last couple of months.
