The Beast Incarnate - Lost the Universal Championship at SummerSlam

At SummerSlam 2019, Brock Lesnar and Seth Rollins went to war, and we can finally say the Beast Incarnate was truly slain at the event.

The win was an essential one for Seth Rollins, as this time he needed no low blows or any outside interference. Brock Lesnar was finally defeated by a full-time wrestler, fair and square.

With that said, it also becomes evident that we won't be seeing Lesnar near the Universal Championship anytime soon. It was revealed on the following episode of Raw that the Anomaly will not be receiving a rematch for the Universal Championship.

However, his role on Raw is far from done. Lesnar has shown multiple times that when motivated, he is one of the best workers in WWE. Thus, this could be the perfect chance for WWE to finally have Lesnar face different opponents. Here are 4 Superstars Brock Lesnar should face next.

#4 Kevin Owens

Kevin Owens seems to be in line for a mega push. The anti-authority figure has done wonders in his run as a face. While KO did defeat Shane McMahon at SummerSlam, it can be said that the battle is not over. We could very well see Owens put Shane-O-Mac away for good.

However, in a bid to save himself, McMahon might find someone else other than Drew McIntyre or Elias. There could be no better antagonist here than The Beast Incarnate, Brock Lesnar.

A win against Lesnar would do wonders for KO who hasn't had a big win in ages. Also, this will cement him as the top face of SmackDown Live after Kofi Kingston.

#3 Kofi Kingston

Kofi Kingston's title reign has been great, but this feud might be the twist it needs

Kofi Kingston is no stranger to the wrath of Brock Lesnar. While many fans remember his guts to stand toe to toe against the then Mr. Money in the Bank, Brock Lesnar, it wasn't the first time the Dreadlock Dynamo met the Conqueror.

Kingston faced Lesnar in a house show during WWE's tour of Japan. Brock Lesnar not only convincingly defeated Kingston but also made sure the other members of the New Day met the same fate.

While it seems Kingston's feud with Randy Orton will continue for a couple of months, it will be exciting to see him defend his title against an opponent like Brock Lesnar.

Kingston has grown the habit of overcoming the odds in the past few months. However, Lesnar could very well be the one to put a full stop to the cinderella story of Kofi Kingston.

#2 Bray Wyatt

Bray Wyatt's rise as the Fiend has been nothing but amazing. After being sidelined for over 8 months, Wyatt returned with the Firefly Fun House and the fans quickly bought into the gimmick.

The Fiend is a terrorizing figure, and in Wyatt's own words - it has to be perfect this time. We will certainly be seeing the Fiend vs the Demon King, but till then, Wyatt badly needs fresh challenges.

The Eater of Worlds, just like Kofi Kingston, has had numerous encounters with Brock Lesnar. Unlike Kingston, Wyatt got the better of Lesnar, but that was largely due to the Wyatt Family.

As the Fiend, Wyatt does not need an alliance to square off against the Beast Incarnate. The Fiend vs the Beast could be one of the best feuds we might see in a long time.

#1 Drew McIntyre

When Drew McIntyre made his return to the main roster in April 2018, many had assumed he would be a champion before long. However, McIntyre is still struggling to find a proper fit on the card.

The Scottish Psychopath is exactly the wrestler you would want to be the number 1 heel of the company. At one point, it was debated if he could be the one who would finally dethrone Lesnar as the Universal Champion.

While that conversation may be out of context now, there is no reason why he cannot step in the squared circle against the Beast Incarnate.

The Chosen One deserves to be in the main event. However, considering how things have gone for him in the past few months, a considerable amount of work has to be done to make him look indomitable once again.

A right step in that direction will be a feud against Brock Lesnar. McIntyre has the strength and the move-set to not only defeat Lesnar but also dominate him. A convincing win over Lesnar is what McIntyre needs to be the Next Big Thing.
