Often claimed to be one of the most underutilized performers on the planet, Sami Zayn is now all set to dive into a different role on the main roster. The former NXT Champion expressed his frustrations on his in-ring outcomes and vowed to bring some serious changes to his current direction within the squared circle.

Claiming altruism, Zayn's shocking alliance with Shinsuke Nakamura really grabbed the right attention on social media and all over the wrestling world.

With the underrated heel now promising to stand up for causes bigger than him, there's a significant opportunity for WWE to bring the best out of Zayn.

Considering that so many superstars are still waiting to grab the proverbial brass ring, a heel stable led by the Critic of the Critics could prove incredibly beneficial in keeping the audiences invested in Zayn and his quirky antics.

So, without a further ado, let's dive deep and analyze the 4 WWE Superstars who must join a heel stable led by Sami Zayn.

Honorable Mentions - EC3, Mojo Rawley, Bobby Lashley

#4 Cesaro

Talk about history
Talk about history

As far as logical booking is concerned, Cesaro joining a heel stable led by Sami Zayn could pay huge dividends, especially for the Swiss Superman. Despite proving his mettle between the ropes with almost everyone, Cesaro has never been presented as a top-tier main-event caliber superstar.

With both Zayn and Cesaro having some history together, the Critic of the Critics could speak for the former United States Champion and bolster his credibility on the main roster.

Whilst we all know that Cesaro is the ultimate in-ring performer, he has been struggling to find his footing, and with Zayn also failing to move the needle under Vince's supervision, an alliance could prove to be a win-win situation for the two.

Shinsuke Nakamura, Cesaro, and Sami Zayn in a heel stable could actually take WWE by storm.

#3 Liv Morgan

Can she get some television time?
Can she get some television time?

With the women's division on the blue brand lacking intrigue, the creative team must concentrate on building some superstars whilst keeping the spotlight on the likes of Bayley and Charlotte.

Enter Liv Morgan. The former Riott Squad member was last seen on television in July, where she locked horns with Charlotte Flair and came out on the losing side. Despite being a promising character on screen, Morgan hasn't been provided with any legitimate television time.

Therefore, Zayn bringing her back and bolstering her credibility on the blue brand could make for some interesting television, especially in October, when WWE heads to Fox Sports.

Morgan's crazy antics and undeniable athleticism between the ropes makes her an ideal candidate to make Sami Zayn's heel stable more intriguing and entertaining. If provided with the right booking, the fans can get behind Zayn's stable, with the former NXT Champion cleverly guiding Morgan to the top of the women's division.

#2 Robert Roode

This could work well
This could work well

Since Sami Zayn is all about delving into an artist's mind, Robert Roode is another superstar who has failed to make his mark for the creative team. Although he worked incredibly well under Triple H's supervision in NXT, the Glorious One has lost all his credibility ever since making the transition to the main roster.

Considering that the two faced a similar situation after reaching the main roster, joining this heel stable could get Roode some valuable television time. With Shinsuke Nakamura already holding some gold on the blue brand, this could also result in Roode and Cesaro fighting it out to get some precious opportunities.

Furthermore, Zayn could also align with Roode and form a tag-team of their own, with the two contesting to bring some pride and respect to the tag-team division.

Whether you like Zayn or not, you have to agree that his current direction with Shinsuke Nakamura could open the palace for many other superstars.

#1 Rusev

Revive Rusev Day
Revive Rusev Day

What could have been one of the most incredible gimmicks in WWE ended with them dropping the ball with the Rusev Day gimmick. This really halted Rusev's push and direction within the company.

Currently sidelined from television, the Bulgarian Brute needs to return to the squared circle with a bang. Bringing some intrigue and legitimacy to his character could make him a valuable name once again. Let's not forget that he dominated the scene when he first made the transition to the main roster, alongside Lana.

With Sami Zayn preaching the concept of altruism, his voice and charisma could raise Rusev's credibility and make him the muscle of this heel stable.

Even his connection with Shinsuke Nakamura could play a crucial role here, with the Bulgarian Brute now focused on wreaking havoc at the expense of other beloved WWE Superstars.

The former United States Champion needs to be properly re-introduced, and if Zayn can be his mouth piece, we may very well have a money-spinning heel stable in our hands.
