#5 John Cena vs Rock- WrestleMania 29, 2013

This match saw a collision between two of WWE's all-time greatest players. The Rock and John Cena headlined and main-evented the WrestleMania for the first time together against each other. The WWE Universe was confused as whom do they support. It was one of the best WrestleMania matches ever in the history of sports entertainment.

Rock was the WWE Champion and Cena was the challenger. It was a gruelling encounter between the duo. The match witnessed raining Rock Bottoms, Attitude Adjustment, and several other special moves. Both the players tried everything and anything to incapacitate one another. In the end, Cena beating all the odds delivered the third attitude adjustment and pinned the Rock to become the WWE Champion for the eleventh time in his career.

This match has five of his best matches on the list.

#4 John Cena vs Edge vs Big Show- WrestleMania 25, 2009

John Cena is one such player, who loves to create and break his own record at WrestleMania. He did the same on WrestleMania 25 when he faced Edge and the Big Show for the World Heavyweight Championship in a triple threat match.

This rivalry was going on for months. The then General Manager of SmackDown- Vicky Gurrero, announced a development in a triple threat match. Edge was the defending Champion in this match. Both Edge and Show ganged up to take John Cena out of the match. However, Cena fought his way back into the match.

In the end, Cena displayed his strength by lifting both Big Show and Edge on his back for the AA. He pinned Big Show and became the World Heavyweight Champion for the second time.

#3 John Cena vs Batista- Last Man Standing Match- Extreme Rules, 2010

Batista was one of the most dominating wrestlers that WWE fans have ever witnessed. His ability to tackle his opponents sets him far apart from any other ordinary wrestlers. Therefore, a Last Man Standing match between him and Cena is always outstanding to watch. At Extreme Rules PPV in 2010, this match created history as one of the best PPV matches that took place ever.

John Cena was the WWE Champion and he had to defend his title against Batista. Throughout the match, Batista used several underhand tactics to gain momentum and defeat Cena for the match. Both the players gave their cent per cent and tried to win the match. However, Cena applied his brains and duct taped Batista's legs with the ring post. Thus, Batista could not answer the referee's ten counts and lost the match and John Cena retained his title.

#2 John Cena vs Randy Orton- I Quit match- Breaking Point, 2009

Cena and Orton probably had the best rivalry ever in professional pro-wrestling. They inflicted more wounds on one another than anybody has ever done upon them. Out of their several brilliant matches, one match which shook the entire WWE Universe was the 'I Quit' match at Breaking Point PPV in 2009.

This was a vicious encounter between both these athletes whose objective was to annihilate the fellow competitor and make him say 'I Quit.' Throughout the match, Randy Orton took control of Cena and beat the hell out of him. Towards the end, however, the tables turned and Cena handcuffed Orton and applied the STF upon him.

Orton couldn't bear the agony and uttered 'I quit'. He lost the match and Cena became the WWE Champion for the fourth time in his career.

This was perhaps the best performance of John Cena in his entire career. This match was exhausting in nature as the competitors had to compete for one full hour. In the end, the player with the maximum number of pinfall and submission count would be declared as the winner.

Both Orton and Cena kept scoring and the scoreboard kept rolling. They both had a 5-5 score when the match was about to end. In the last minute, Cena kept his nerve and put an STF submission to Randy Orton. Orton tried to resist till the last minute, however, did tap out and gave Cena the advantage. The score was- Cena 6 and Orton 5. Cena won the match and became the WWE Champion for the fifth time.

This match tops the list, as Iron Man matches occur very rarely, and this was arguably the best Iron Man match in the history of Sports Entertainment.
