In this article, we will take a look at five exciting WWE feuds that can start after WrestleMania. So, without further ado, let’s begin.

#5 Roman Reigns vs. Cesaro (WWE SmackDown)

WWE Superstar Roman Reigns picked a statement victory in the main event of WrestleMania 37. The Tribal Chief pinned both Daniel Bryan and Edge to retain his Universal Championship.

As is usually the case, Reigns received assistance from Jey Uso during the match. The latter first attacked both Universal Championship challengers at ringside, but Edge took him out.

Jey then returned in the match's closing moments and helped Roman Reigns in delivering a Spear to the Rated-R Superstar. The Universal Champion eventually stacked both his opponents on top of each other before pinning them.

The three WWE Superstars worked very well together to deliver a memorable main event. Following WrestleMania, Roman Reigns will now look for his next challenger on WWE SmackDown.

Ahead of the pay-per-view, Paul Heyman had said that the winner of the WrestleMania match between Seth Rollins and Cesaro could be the next challenger for Roman Reigns’ title. In that case, we will see the Swiss Cyborg kickstart an important feud with the WWE Universal Champion on the blue brand.

At WrestleMania 37, Cesaro competed in one of the biggest matches of his career. He picked a huge win over The Messiah, and they arguably delivered the best match of the night.

Cesaro has recently gained a lot of momentum on WWE SmackDown. In fact, he looked set to challenge Roman Reigns for the title back at the Elimination Chamber PPV.

After an excellent win at WrestleMania, Cesaro is once again prepared for the next big step.

The Swiss Superman has eight titles to his name in WWE, including the United States and Tag Team Championships across both brands.

However, he has never held the world title before. This should give him enough motivation to go after the biggest heel in WWE and his Universal Championship.

Even if this feud doesn’t end in Cesaro’s victory, it could still be monumental for his singles run. He is a talented superstar who has been on the sidelines for far too long.

After his recent booking, Cesaro deserves a good opportunity in WWE. He can make Roman Reigns look good as a heel without making himself seem like a weak babyface.

This storyline has a lot of potential for the creative to explore on WWE SmackDown.

#4 Alexa Bliss vs. Rhea Ripley (WWE RAW)

At WrestleMania 37, Rhea Ripley defeated Asuka to claim the WWE RAW Women’s Championship. She had recently made her debut on the red brand and immediately challenged The Empress Of Tomorrow for the title.

Now that Ripley is the champion, there’s now room for a lot of fresh feuds. It won’t surprise if Ripley’s next challenger is a former three-time RAW Women’s titleholder, Alexa Bliss.

Both superstars share a brief yet compelling history. They last met in the WWE Women’s Royal Rumble match early this year. Bliss entered the ring and was about to undergo the Fiend metamorphosis that makes her unstoppable.

However, Ripley seized an opportunity to eliminate Alexa Bliss in less than a minute of her entering the ring. Things would have been very different if Bliss had unleashed her sinister self.

A humiliated Bliss then stared at Rhea Ripley from the ringside while the latter stood smiling inside the ring. Alexa Bliss has more than enough reason to go after Rhea Ripley, now that they are both on the same brand.

She had managed to pin Asuka and came close to winning the title from her as well. The quest for gold will further motivate Alexa Bliss to start a title feud with Rhea Ripley on WWE RAW.

Bliss stunned the WWE Universe at WrestleMania 37 when she cost The Fiend his match against Randy Orton.

Regardless of a possible split between The Fiend and Alexa Bliss, the latter deserves to be booked as a big threat in the RAW Women’s Championship picture.

Things are looking interesting for the former Women's Champion now, and working with her could be monumental for Ripley’s first title reign on the WWE main roster.

#3 Jey Uso vs. Shinsuke Nakamura (WWE SmackDown)

This year, WWE SmackDown’s final show before WrestleMania hosted the annual Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. The prestigious match saw Jey Uso emerge victorious following a grueling battle and add more to his credibility as a main eventer on SmackDown.

The match also gave us a glimpse of the next potential feud for one of the top heels of the Blue brand.

Jey Uso, Shinsuke Nakamura, Baron Corbin, Ricochet, and Mustafa Ali were the only five WWE Superstars left inside the ring in the match's closing moments.

Soon, Ricochet and Ali started brawling while Corbin and Jey Uso teamed up against Nakamura. Ricochet then eliminated Ali, and the latter was sent over the top rope by Corbin.

Following that, Corbin and Jey Uso brutally assaulted Nakamura. Main Event Jey Uso then turned his attention towards Corbin and tried to eliminate the King.

Nakamura had the time to recover, and he ended up kicking Corbin out of the ring. Finally, it boiled down to the Japanese star and Jey Uso. The latter stayed true to his cruel self and was merciless in his offense.

Nakamura was also booked strongly as he pushed Jey to his limits. In the end, the King of Strong Style was convincingly eliminated by Uso, who received a lot of praise for stealing the show in the main event once again. This also set up a potential feud between him and Nakamura on WWE SmackDown.

Both Jey Uso and Shinsuke Nakamura have good momentum on their side at the moment. The creative are pushing The King Of Strong Style as a babyface, and he can use a good feud against one of the biggest heels on WWE SmackDown.

Jey Uso could use such rivalries to emerge as a big threat in the Intercontinental Championship picture.

Reigns would love for his entourage to hold two titles on the blue brand and further assert their dominance.

This feud can bring a lot of positive outcomes, and hopefully, the WWE creative will see its potential before it is too late.

#2 Elias and Jaxson Ryker vs. The RETRIBUTION (WWE RAW)

Elias was one of the 22 WWE Superstars who competed in Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal on SmackDown’s special WrestleMania edition. During the match, he and Jaxson Ryker were engaged in an altercation with RETRIBUTION. It was the only highlight in their otherwise underwhelming appearance that night.

Elias and Ryker joined forces to eliminate one-half of The Viking Raiders, Erik. Following that, they eliminated Slapjack, which brought them face to face with T-Bar and Mace.

The four WWE Superstars then exchanged a few blows before the RETRIBUTION members eliminated Elias and Jaxson Ryker and teased a potential rivalry. Owing to their respective runs on WWE RAW, Elias and RETRIBUTION can use a good feud on the red brand.

The Drifter spent the last few weeks working as a catalyst in the feud between Braun Strowman and Shane McMahon. He needs a rivalry of his own, especially now that he has a reliable ally in Jaxson Ryker.

On the other hand, RETRIBUTION are fresh out of Mustafa Ali’s leadership. All eyes are now on T-Bar to step up and take up the reins of the WWE stable.

If RETRIBUTION engage in a feud with Elias and Jaxson Ryker, the latter would be outnumbered. It would then leave room for the creative to include more underused Superstars on WWE RAW.

The creative can even have Elias vs. T-Bar as the dominant narrative during this storyline. It will be a mistake if WWE doesn’t make the most of this opportunity to book a mutually beneficial feud.

#1 The Riott Squad vs. Carmella and Billie Kay (WWE SmackDown)

On the first night of WrestleMania 37, ten WWE Superstars locked horns in a Tag Team Turmoil match. Natalya and Tamina eventually won the extended bout. The SmackDown tag team then challenged Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler for the Women’s Tag Team Championships. However, the titles didn’t change hands at the PPV.

This Tag Team Turmoil match teased a potential feud for the Riott Squad on WWE SmackDown. The newly formed tagged team of Carmella and Billie Kay was added to the match at the last minute.

They eliminated Lana and Naomi from the bout before facing Ruby Riott and Liv Morgan. All the four superstars engaged in a brutal but short encounter.

Carmella and Kay worked well as a tag team and successfully dominated the Riott Squad on multiple occasions.

However, Ruby Riott and Liv Morgan managed to fight back and eliminated Carmella and Kay from the Tag Team Turmoil match.

Before leaving the ring, Carmella attacked both Ruby Riott and Liv Morgan. It is expected that the Riott Squad will address the turn of events on WWE SmackDown later this week.

Billie Kay also has a history with Riott and Morgan. She desperately wanted to be a part of their team but ended up costing them big matches.

Now, Kay finally has a tag team partner, and the duo can take the fight to the Riott Squad on the blue brand. This feud might also help Ruby Riott, and Liv Morgan emerge as the next big challengers for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.
