5 Biggest Things we could see on the SmackDown after Survivor Series - Championship Match, Huge turn

Who is going to stop The Fiend?
Who is going to stop The Fiend?

Last weekend, WWE managed to give the WWE Universe two great pay-per-views in NXT Takeover: WarGames and Survivor Series. The company managed to follow that up with two brilliant episodes of RAW and NXT. This Friday night, SmackDown on FOX will be looking to continue that momentum, as the show comes live from the Legacy Arena at the BJCC in Birmingham, AL.

Before moving forward, let's take a look at the important Blue Brand related developments that happened at Survivor Series. First, 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt successfully defended his Universal Championship against Daniel Bryan.

The Men's Team SmackDown emerged as winners in the traditional Five on Five Survivor Series Elimination Match, while the Women's Team SmackDown lost the same. Furthermore, Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura was pinned by Roderick Strong and lost a huge Champion vs Champion vs Champion Triple Threat Match.

Moreover, The New Day lost their match against The Undisputed Era and The Viking Raiders. With all that in mind, let's take a look at the five biggest things we could see on the Blue Brand this week.

#5 Robert Roode & Dolph Ziggler vs The New Day for the SmackDown Tag Team Champions

Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler won the Tag Team Battle Royal during the Survivor Series Kickoff show and that win would mean nothing if the duo do not get a shot at the SmackDown Tag Team Titles.

In lieu of their big victory, we might see a huge championship match this Friday night, which could lead to the SmackDown Tag Team Titles changing hands, just as the United States Championship did on Monday Night RAW.

The New Day quite recently became the new SmackDown Tag Team Champions, beating The Revival for the Blue Brand's twin belts. If Roode & Ziggler face The New Day this Friday, the bout might quite possibly steal the show.

#4 Daniel Bryan has an intense face-off against The Miz

Will we see this rivalry again?
Will we see this rivalry again?

This is one of the most expected fall-outs from Survivor Series. Even before the pay-per-view, WWE teased a feud between The Miz and Daniel Bryan and that might still be WWE's long term plan. The Miz did appear at Bryan's side in the locker room before his Survivor Series match against The Fiend. While The Miz warned Bryan, his mere appearance could signal a potential feud.

'The A-Lister' is currently a babyface, but his greatest work in WWE has come as a heel. Fans should not rule out a face-off between the leader of Yes Movement and The Miz this Friday night, which might be the build toward an eventual match at TLC.

#3 Fatal 4-Way to decide Shinsuke Nakamura's opponent at TLC

Will this happen at TLC
Will this happen at TLC

There was a Fatal 4-Way this past week on RAW to determine the #1 contender for AJ Styles' United States Championship. That bout was won by Rey Mysterio, who went on to beat AJ Styles, becoming the new US Champion in the process. With TLC on the horizon, we could see something similar this week on SmackDown.

Shinsuke Nakamura hasn't defended his Intercontinental Championship in some time and that means it's very likely that 'The King of Strong Style' will put his championship on the line at the upcoming TLC pay-per-view.

To decide the next challenger for the Intercontinental Championship, we could possibly see a Fatal 4-Way Match between top contenders Roman Reigns, Baron Corbin, Shorty G, and Mustafa Ali. 'The Big Dog' seems to be the most logical choice to be Nakamura's next challenger and that could happen on SmackDown.

#2 Sasha Banks turns on Bayley

Will 'The Boss' turn on Bayley?
Will 'The Boss' turn on Bayley?

Is this the right time to turn Sasha Banks and Bayley against each other? Everything seems to point towards it, as there aren't many credible Blue Brand challengers available for Bayley. The battle of best friends is coming sooner rather than later and as of present time, there doesn't seem to be a better SmackDown feud than Bayley vs Banks.

Furthermore, it's past time 'The Boss' earned a SmackDown Women's Championship opportunity as she has been red hot with the WWE Universe since coming back. If this turn does happen, it will certainly capture the attention of the pro wrestling world.

#1 Braun Strowman's dummy with huge hands is revealed to be Bray Wyatt's new character

At WWE Starrcade this Sunday, 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt is going to defend the Universal Championship against Braun Strowman in a Steel Cage Match. The bout itself is extremely exciting in principle, but in order to make the rivalry heated, we may see Bray Wyatt mock Braun Strowman in the Firefly Fun House this Friday on SmackDown.

It was previously announced that Wyatt is going to reveal a new character in the Firefly Fun House this week and it may come out to be the Braun Strowman dummy with huge hands. The dummy mocks Strowman's 'Get these Hands' catchphrase.

Wyatt has played extensive mind games with each of his opponents and Strowman is likely to suffer the same fate. Also, with very little time to build for TLC, don't be surprised if their upcoming bout at Starrcade leads to an even bigger bout on December 15th.
