One of the most crucial traits of a WWE Superstar is the overall appearance that they present in front of millions of fans on a weekly basis. These Superstars certainly need the wrestling skills and mic-work to make it big in WWE, but how they look also plays a major part in their success in the long run. There have been several instances in the history of WWE where Superstars have changed their appearances drastically in quick fashion, over a long time period.

Today, WWE boasts one of the deepest rosters in its rich and storied history. When one combines RAW, SmackDown, NXT, and NXT UK, the talent pool is second to none. In this slideshow, we will be taking a look at five of WWE's current Superstars, and focus on how different they look now, compared to when they had started their careers, be it in WWE or anywhere else.

#5 Jeff Hardy

Jeff Hardy will go down as one of the most popular Superstars in WWE history, as well as in pro wrestling. He mostly portrayed the character of a babyface, and his high-flying ability became a hit with the WWE Universe. Hardy made his WWE debut way back in 1994, and faced Razon Ramon in his first match, in a loss. Years later, Jeff Hardy had become one of the most popular mid-card acts in all of WWE, along with his brother Matt Hardy.

Jeff Hardy became a top babyface in WWE

Jeff and Matt Hardy were tag team specialists who feuded with Edge-Christian and The Dudley Boyz on various occasions. In a few years' time, Jeff Hardy finally made his way to the main event, and won his first and only WWE title at Armageddon 2008, by defeating Triple H and Edge in a Triple Threat match. Embedded above is Jeff Hardy's first match on WWE TV, and it's incredible how different he currently looks compared to his younger version. You can also check out his match against Randy Orton on a recent edition of RAW, for comparison.

Jeff Hardy is a multiple-time World Champion who has wowed fans for the entirety of his career as a professional wrestler. There's zero doubt that he will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, in the near future.

#4 Billie Kay

Billie Kay is currently a singles star on WWE SmackDown, and is doing everything in her power to become a permanent member of The Riott Squad, alongside Liv Morgan and Ruby Riott. Kay is of Australian descent and has been a life-long WWE fan. She recently posted a comparison picture on her official Twitter handle, in which you can see how much she has evolved in terms of looks over the past.

Billie Kay is currently a mainstay on WWE SmackDown

The first picture in her tweet is from a match that she had in Australia, 14 years ago. Kay added an interesting tidbit in her tweet, revealing that the music she used for her entrance at the time was an Avril Lavigne song.

Billie Kay made her way to WWE in 2015, and suffered a loss against Becky Lynch in her debut match. Kay later began teaming up with Peyton Royce, with the duo dubbing themselves The IIconics. Royce and Kay remained a tandem on the main roster as well, and went on to win the Women's tag team titles in a Fatal Four-Way match at WrestleMania 35. Billie Kay is currently on SmackDown, and it's going to be intriguing to see how she is handled on the Blue brand going forward.

#3 Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins made his main roster debut at WWE Survivor Series 2012, as a part of The Shield. Rollins betrayed The Shield two years later, following their feud with Evolution. He went on to become one of the biggest Superstars of the modern era, and held multiple World titles in WWE. Rollins donned a unique appearance in WWE, that somehow fit his heel as well as babyface persona. Years before he signed a WWE contract though, Rollins was working his way up in the indies, and sported a completely different look.

YouTube currently has a video of what seems to be Seth Rollins' very first match, that took place in 2003, nine years before his thunderous debut at Survivor Series. In the match, Rollins is sporting long hair, and is understandably leaner compared to his current physical form. You can check out the entire match in the clip embedded above, to get an idea of how far Seth Rollins has come in WWE.

A quick look at the match makes one realize that even though he looked completely different at the time, Rollins was incredibly talented for his age, and had a bright future ahead of him.

#2 King Corbin

There are certain Superstars who don't need to change much in regards to their appearance in order to come up with a drastically new look. WWE Superstar King Corbin is certainly one of those wrestlers. He sported long hair that suited his character of a lone wolf during his early years in WWE, and kept it for a long time after his move to the main roster as well.

Corbin changed his appearance soon after his move to WWE RAW as a part of the Superstar Shakeup, in 2018. He was appointed as the RAW Constable, an authoritative position on the Red brand that allowed him to make major storyline decisions and set up matches on WWE TV.

Corbin soon debuted a completely new look, which consisted of a shaved head, and a suit. He held the position for several months, and was pushed as a heel authority figure during his stint. Corbin went on to defeat Kurt Angle in his final WWE match at WrestleMania 35. Later that year, Corbin became King of the Ring, and began calling himself King Corbin henceforth. Embedded above are a couple of videos featuring Corbin when he wasn't completely bald. In the first clip, you can see Corbin sporting short hair, way before he grew it for his character on WWE TV.

#1 Bray Wyatt

Bray Wyatt is one of the most popular acts on WWE TV currently. He hasn't been seen on TV ever since he was burned alive by Randy Orton at WWE TLC 2020. Wyatt's stint as The Fiend gave new life to his career, which was waning during his run as The Eater of the Worlds. Wyatt made his WWE main roster debut in 2013, and defeated Kane in his first pay-per-view appearance. Years before he became Bray Wyatt, Windham Rotunda was Husky Harris.

The Husky Harris character wouldn't have done much for Rotunda's WWE career

Harris was a rookie on the second season of WWE NXT. Current AEW star Cody was his pro during the competition. He soon made his main roster debut along with Curtis Axel, at the 2010 Hell In A Cell event, where the duo helped Wade Barrett defeat John Cena. Harris stayed with The Nexus for a while, before he was sent back to FCW. He polished his skills there, and worked on the Bray Wyatt character around the same time. The rest, as they say, is history.

From being a generic heel who wouldn't have done much of note in WWE, to a top heel on WWE TV- Bray Wyatt's WWE journey has certainly been an inspirational one.
