The Beast Incarnate, Brock Lesnar!

When you talk about the most dominating Superstars in WWE history, one name more often than not comes to the mind - Brock Lesnar. The Beast Incarnate has had a stellar career with WWE, achieving feats that many can only dream of.

Making his WWE debut on an episode of RAW on March 18, 2002, Brock Lesnar is an eight-time World champion in the promotion. He has also won the Royal Rumble (2003), King of the Ring (2002), and the Money in the Bank match (2019).

Ever since his return to WWE in 2012, he has been booked as an unstoppable machine, destroying numerous Superstars on his path. WWE shocked the entire world by letting Brock Lesnar pin The Undertaker at WrestleMania XXX to end the latter's legendary undefeated streak on the Show of Shows.

While we are so used to watching him suplex his opponents all over the ring, not many of us know how Brock Lesnar is backstage as he likes to keep his personal life out of the glam light.

So let's take a look at five very interesting backstage stories about the Beast Incarnate. Be sure to comment down and let me know your thoughts and reactions on the same!

#5 Brock Lesnar's hilarious incident with The Big Show

Ouch, that's disgusting!
Ouch, that's disgusting!

WWE Superstars are humans as well and they face all the little issues that a normal human being does. A hilarious example of the same took place in WWE's tour of South Africa during Brock Lesnar's first run with the company where he took on the Big Show.

The World's Largest Athlete was suffering from food poisoning before the match but still decided to go on with the match, which did not turn out to be a good idea. During the course of the match, Brock Lesnar went for a suplex on the Big Show, but as he slammed him on the canvas, the Big Show exploded with diarrhea all over him. The World's largest athlete recalled the embarrassing moment during Sam Roberts' Wrestling Podcast -

“Just because I s*** myself Brock thought it was hysterical. He’s laughing at me the whole time”
“I think it was two Germans and a belly to belly (suplex) and Brock just started laughing, he goes ‘huh, huh, huh, did you poop yourself, but he didn’t say poop. And I said ‘yeh, a**clown, can we just go home now?" (finish the match)
“Can I get an F-5 and get the hell out of here?”

#4 Brock Lesnar got stalked by a kid at the gym

Did the kid want a trip to Suplex City?

Being a WWE Superstar has its own perks. But one major disadvantage that comes with it is that you don't get any personal space. Wherever you go, there are people wanting to see you, meet you, and what not. There's a lot of intrusion in your privacy. Former WWE Superstar, Wade Barrett revealed such an incident during an episode of the Inside the Ropes podcast featuring... yes, you guessed it right - Brock Lesnar!

The incident took place when a 16-year-old kid in Dallas Texas saw Brock Lesnar walk into a local gym. While everyone else paused for a moment to take a look at the Beast Incarnate, the kid went on to stalk him and tried to get close to him. Brock Lesnar later lost his calm when the kid followed him to the bathroom as he went on to scream at him. The kid flee the scene with a terrified look on his face, as seen by Wade Barrett.

While it might be an overwhelming thing to watch your favorite WWE Superstar so close to you, we as fans need to understand the importance of privacy and not try to make them uncomfortable. Especially by following them to the bathroom.

#3 Brock Lesnar got into a fight in an airplane

The Plane Ride from Hell

The incident infamously dubbed as "The Plane Ride from Hell" took place on May 5, 2002, when the WWE crew were on a plane journey from London to New York. The flight that consisted of several WWE Superstars and crew saw Brock Lesnar and WWE Hall of Famer Mr. Perfect get into a real-life scuffle.

Interestingly, Vince McMahon paid for an open bar on the plane which turned out to be a not so good idea. With it being a long flight, Mr. Perfect aka Curt Hennig challenged Brock Lesnar to a fight on the moving plane. While the Beast Incarnate, being a rookie at that time, was going to back down from the fight, he decided to go ahead with it so as to not be seen as a coward. The two locked up and Brock Lesnar took down Mr. Perfect on several occasions.

While fighting, the two got dangerously close to the emergency exit and this is where Paul Heyman and Finlay intervened and got them apart. As dangerous as it could have been, this is one of the most interesting behind-the-scene fights in WWE history.

#2 Brock Lesnar's kind gesture for the WWE roster

Good guy Brock!

This particular incident took place during the Monday Night RAW episode on January 26, 2015, one day after that year's Royal Rumble PPV. It was Roman Reigns who won the Royal Rumble the other night and he was on the path to take on Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 31 for the WWE Heavyweight Championship.

The episode of RAW was supposed to take place at Hartford, Connecticut but a massive snowstorm caused WWE to postpone the show and instead air it from their headquarters at Stanford. Former WWE Superstar and current WWE commentator, Corey Graves revealed on his podcast "After the Bell" how Brock Lesnar made a kind gesture towards the WWE roster and by giving the bar significantly extra money to keep it open for his fellow WWE Superstars.

“The show was very interesting. They re-aired the Royal Rumble match from the night before [and aired] a few backstage interviews with Roman, Brock Lesnar and many others, and allegedly, [the] now WWE Champion paid a significant amount of money to keep the bar wide open for everybody to make sure they made the best of a crappy situation. I, of course, stayed in a completely different hotel, but it led to me finding the only open establishment in the scenic Stamford, CT where myself and two-thirds of The Shield made sure that none of the beers at said establishment went unattended. What a day. Not all bad things came from that snowstorm: fun memories, fun times but let’s hope RAW doesn’t get canceled ever again.”

#1 Brock Lesnar's prank on his wife

Beauty and The Beast!
Beauty and The Beast!

Brock Lesnar is not someone whom you expect to play a prank on people, especially on his wife. The Beast Incarnate has been married to former WWE Diva, Sable since 2006. The above prank took place when Brock Lesnar and Sable's son turned one-year-old.

The Beast Incarnate took his wife to a subtropical vacation and told her to keep her wedding ring at home as it could get stolen. Brock Lesnar went on to ask the babysitter to tell Sable that their son had swallowed the wedding ring. If this was not enough, the babysitter took the prank one step ahead by finding an x-ray picture of a wedding ring inside a child's stomach from the web and set it to Sable.

Poor Sable herself went through a pile of dirty diapers for the next two days to find the ring, only for Brock Lesnar to reveal that it was a prank. This was all a setup from him to buy her a new wedding ring. Yes, the Beast Incarnate can be funny and romantic as well!
