5 Interesting things we could see on RAW this week

Last week's RAW episode was disappointing
Last week's RAW episode was disappointing

Last week's episode of RAW was, for the lack of a better word, disappointing. With TLC approaching fast, Vince McMahon and Paul Heyman need to pull up their socks and deliver a good episode this week

Before going on, let's recount the major things that went down last week. Seth Rollins' apology didn't go down very well with the WWE Universe and Kevin Owens' match with Bobby Lashley, who'd accepted his open challenge, was cut short as K.O. got jumped by The Authors of Pain and was dragged back to the locker room.

Next, Lashley and Lana were arrested and escorted out of the arena in handcuffs. Then, Charlotte Flair lost to the Kabuki Warriors, while Buddy Murphy and Aleister Black engaged in yet another intense face-off. Finally, The OC won against the team of Rey Mysterio, Humberto Carillo, and Ricochet, but the celebrations were cut short as the leader of the group was hit with an 'RKO outta nowhere'.

Pale storyline continuation, predicted outcomes, no signs of Brock Lesnar - the writers need to be on their A-game this week if things are to get interesting.

Keeping that last bit in mind, here are five things we could see on RAW this week:

#5 Liv Morgan returns to help the Kabuki Warriors against Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair

Liv Morgan has been out for a while now and her Twitter activities suggest that a return is in the works, quite possibly with a totally different gimmick.

So, if and when Becky Lynch returns and evens the odds by joining Charlotte Flair against the Kabuki Warriors, could we also see Liv Morgan return and aid the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions against the two Horsewomen? It could lead to a new stable being formed between three heels.

Also, it would give The Kabuki Warriors a mouthpiece, which they have been lacking since Paige left. This would be a great way to bring Liv Morgan straight back into the main event picture.

#4 Street Profits and The OC eye the RAW Tag Team Titles

The Viking Raiders
The Viking Raiders

This could very well happen on this week's episode of RAW after we saw The Revival become the number one contenders for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship on SmackDown this week.

It might eventually become something similar to a Fatal Four-Way but WWE would want to change it up a little. Maybe, we will see The Street Profits slug it out with The OC ( Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson) for a shot at The Viking Raiders' RAW Tag Team Championship at TLC.

If this potential match happens, it could quite possibly steal the show.

#3 Dominic and Randy Orton cost AJ Styles the United States Championship match

The United States Championship match between Rey Mysterio and AJ Styles is slated for week's episode of RAW. There is no way WWE is putting the title back on Styles' shoulders so soon after he lost it.

Also, The Phenomenal One is definitely not losing clean to Mysterio. Hence, we could see an intervention in the bout. Styles and Randy Orton have been feuding since the latter cost The Phenomenal One the United States Championship and we may see The Viper aiding Mysterio again, only this time, with a little help from Mysterio's son Dominic.

#2 Seth Rollins confronts the AoP backstage

The AoP
The AoP

Seth Rollins and the AoP have shared quite a tumultuous relationship during the past couple of weeks. The question has always been - Are they on the same side or not? This week, we could see Rollins confront Akam and Rezar backstage and tell them to mind their own business, instead of attacking his rival Kevin Owens every week.

All of this quite could also possibly lead us towards a new faction formed between the former Universal Champion and the former NXT Tag Team Champions, which will finally see Rollins embrace his dark side. But, this would require some time to consolidate and makes a backstage confrontation very likely, in order to set things in motion.

#1 Kevin Owens and Bobby Lashley get their revenge

Maybe during the above-mentioned backstage segment, Kevin Owens could pop out of nowhere and launch an attack on the AoP. The Prizefighter has suffered two attacks from the duo over the past weeks and could possibly get his revenge this week. We could then see a staredown between Rollins and Owens before the segment ends.

Furthermore, there is an official divorce segment planned for this week's RAW episode between Rusev and Lana. During that part of the show, Lashley could possibly attack Rusev even before the divorce segment starts. The Bulgarian Brute has been getting the better of The All Mighty and we could see the tables turn this week.
