The Tag Team division in the WWE is one of the most entertaining divisions to witness. Over the years, several Tag Teams have formed and broken. New alliances have always popped up as part of story-line. Friends have turned enemies and foes have formed teams. Therefore, this division is highly unpredictable.

Similarly, in the current roster of both RAW and SmackDown, there are several Tag Teams, which have gifted us several unforgettable memories. These teams have entertained us in their own capacities and have been Champions as well.

However, there are certain pairs which have not always lived up to the hype or expectation they have set for us. These teams should split up, as individually the members are more capable of delivering better performances. It would also bring forth new rivalries and feuds and would thus be more entertaining for the audiences and would be better for these wrestlers career. Let us have a look at five such teams whose split is a must and WWE management should make it happen.

#5 The Bludgeon Brothers- Harper and Rowan

This split will be interesting to watch
This split will be interesting to watch

The Bludgeon brothers- Harper and Rowan are the current SmackDown Tag Team Champions. Both these players are extremely talented individuals and have been part of several alliances. They were initially part of the Wyatt family along with Braun Strowan. However, Strowman left the alliance and started to compete in single's matches and has become a sensation in the WWE. Harper and Rowan should follow the same footsteps as Strowman and they can become even bigger stars.

Similarly, these two individuals should also consider splitting up in the future. In single's competitions, they can pull even better matches and would become World Champions. Both Harper and Rowan are world class athletes and can gift the WWE brilliant matches. If they split, it would create one of the best rivalries WWE has witnessed in recent times.

They can also headline PPV's and main event SmackDown if they start competing as individuals and not as a team. It would be enthralling to watch Harper and Rowan competing against one another at WrestleMania for the WWE Championship. This split is a must in the near future.

#4 Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows

Gallows and Anderson should split for their betterment
Gallows and Anderson should split for their betterment

Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson are former RAW Tag Team Champions. They have competed in several pro-wrestling organizations and have established a unique reputation for themselves. However, in WWE, their Tag team seems very pedestrian and nothing above customary matches.

Mostly, it seems as if Luke Gallows carries Anderson and Anderson is more of a burden. The duo should split immediately. Gallows enjoyed a lot of success when he was with CM Punk for the straightedge society. However, post that, he never enjoyed such attention anymore.

If they both compete in single's competition it would be better for WWE and for these players as well. We hope this split happens soon.

#3 Heath Slater and Rhyno

This could well be another split in the tag team division
This could well be another split in the tag team division

Heath Slater and Rhyno have been performing together for a long time. However, in the recent times, they have not been able to pull any major success. Each and every night on RAW, the duo would suffer humiliating loses. It is not often that we get to see them raising their hand in victory. Therefore, a breakup between these two players would be the most ideal thing to do.

Rhyno is a former three times Hardcore Champion and also a United States Champion. He has the potential, physique, and ability to rule in single's competition. He can give tough competition to top-level players. Rhyno has been with WWE for a long time and thus he deserves better competition.

Heath Slater, on the contrary, should be given better story-lines. If he is promoted properly, he can create a unique impression for himself in the single's competition. Therefore, this split is very much on the cards.

#2 Sheamus and Cesaro- The Bar

Cesaro and Sheamus are one of the best Tag Team Champions that WWE has witnessed in recent history. They won the RAW TAG Team Championship four times. They perform as a heel and was recently drafted to SmackDown from RAW. A split between them would be entertaining and would do good to both the wrestlers.

No doubt, these two wrestlers have performed exceptionally well as a Tag Team, however, both of them could acquire much better in single's competition. Sheamus is a former World Champion, three times WWE Champion, two times US Champion. He is also the winner of the king of the ring tournament in 2010 and 2012 Royal Rumble match as well as 2015 Money in the Bank match. For someone, who has so many potentials is not doing justice to his talents by performing as a Tag Team.

Cesaro is also a former US Champion and the winner of Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. If WWE could use him properly in single's match, he can be an asset to the organization. Therefore, a split between these two players is very much possible and should be made.

#1 Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt

Both these players have a lot of history with each other
Both these players have a lot of history with each other

Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt share a very strange relationship. Both of them were rivals and faced one another on the 27th November 2017 episode of RAW. The duo again faced each other on the 25th anniversary of RAW. Post that, they both eliminated one another in the Royal Rumble match, and also, faced many more times.

Everyone got surprised when Wyatt made a shocking appearance on WrestleMania 34 and helped Hardy to win the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. It was then, things took a U-turn. These two rivals joined hands and competed for the vacant Tag Team Championship. They both won the tournament and is now the RAW Tag Team Champions.

However, considering their past history, it is highly probable they might split up in the future. Bray Wyatt is a former WWE Champion and was highly impressive in single's competition. On the other hand, Matt Hardy has won Championships all across the globe and have enjoyed outstanding success in single's competition. Therefore, it would be a good story-line if either of these two players turns upon one another and thus break the Tag Team.
