Follow Sportskeeda for the latest WWE news, rumors and all other wrestling news.

Now, we all know that Vince McMahon often does crazy things, not only in the ring but in real life as well.

From insulting superstars to taking their tests, Vince has done it all.

I know many of you already know about incidents like the Montreal Screwjob, so I won't bore you by repeating them again.

I will try my best to list things only a few know. So without further ado, let's dive in.

#5 A mock wrestling match with Kurt Angle

They fought mid-air!

Kurt Angle has been on vacation for a while. A few years ago, Vince announced him as the new general manager of Monday Night Raw.

However, things changed in 2018 when the WWE decided to make Corbin the acting general manager of Raw. I don't have to tell you how much it hurt the company. Now Corbin has lost all of his authority, but still, Angle hasn't returned.

Many new fans don't really know a lot about Angle, as he doesn't wrestle a lot these days. But a few years ago, when Angle was in a plane, Vince and Angle fought. Actually, Vince claimed that he could easily defeat Angle, and this is why it started.

At the time they were fighting in the plane, everyone knew it wasn't real except The Undertaker, who thought Kurt was attacking Vince. He choked Kurt without knowing the whole truth. However, The Undertaker later apologised to Angle, and the matter was finished.

#4 The Boss has shouted at many wrestlers

Mr. McMahon is known for being a unique person. He has made many rules in the company seem unnecessary.

And he sometimes even shouted at his employees who did things he didn’t like. Now I can't list every incident here, but I will tell you about some of the famous ones.

He once shouted at Kevin Thorn because he made himself look like The Undertaker (Vince said him though) but then the Chairman asked him to cut his hair, and when he did it, McMahon asked him why he did it?

Yes, this sounds a bit complicated, but it is what it is. Vince yelled at Kevin for absolutely no reason. Mick Foley also revealed that Vince once yelled at Braun Strowman because he said 'title shot' instead of 'title match'. As I already told you that Vince has made many rules in the WWE that every wrestler has to follow.

At once, Mr. Kennedy also claimed that Vince screamed at him because he would chew gum all the time.

#3 Opened a restaurant named WWF New York

It didn't last long
It didn't last long

Everyone knows Vince McMahon because of the WWE. This company has now become a global brand and almost every wrestling fan knows about Vince.

However, a lot of the fans still don't know that he once opened a restaurant named as 'WWF New York' which was later renamed as 'The World'.

He opened this complex in late 1999 and even hosted every pay-per-view from here. However, not everything Vince McMahon did was a success.

After some years, the company closed this restaurant in 2003 so that the WWE could focus on their global expansion. Then, they sold the complex to Hard Rock Cafe who still owns it.

#2 Tried to prove he is stronger than Mark Henry

Mark Henry is the World's Strongest Men. However, we have to note that is based on his performance in many top competitions. Henry once came to the Talk Is Jericho podcast where he revealed many things.

He said that one day Vince McMahon invited him to do a workout session. Apparently, he wanted to beat Henry in all the exercises.

Henry revealed that McMahon wasn't giving up even after doing a lot of workout for many hours.

Although he finally gave up next day when he called Henry to tell him that he is in pain and can't even move his hand.

Even though McMahon failed to beat Mark Henry, this incident shows how much of a stubborn he is in real life.

#1 Tested Kofi Kingston

In 2014, Chris Jericho published a book The Best in the World: At What I Have No Idea in which he has revealed many secrets of the WWE.

He revealed that Vince McMahon once insulted Kofi Kingston on the plane by saying "Maybe one day you'll get over". Kingston didn’t like his saying and was upset, but then Jericho told him to confront McMahon face to face.

Kingston listened to him and asked Vince if he has any problem with him. Then McMahon suddenly attacked him and both wrestlers started fighting for a moment.

After a while, Vince got up and then ruffled the matter off. But why did he insulted Kofi?

This was actually his way of testing wrestlers just like he did with Mark Henry. And he really liked the way Kofi stood up for himself even in front of his boss.
