Day 1 is only a few weeks away, and the creative team worked hard to build the top title feuds for the pay-per-view on WWE RAW. Hence, there were multiple memorable moments on Monday Night RAW this week.

Bobby Lashley was looking to find his way into the WWE title match at Day 1 after destroying all three men involved in the match. Becky Lynch cheated her way to a win over Liv Morgan to retain her RAW Women’s Championship last Monday. The latter was also looking to get a rematch for the title.

The Miz and Edge had another segment on the show, leading them to confirm a big match at Day 1. The former and Maryse got the better of The Rated-R Superstar to end the segment.

Austin Theory distracted Finn Balor during his tag team match against The Dirty Dawgz. It looks like the two men will be getting a match at Day 1 too. However, it was surprising that Damian Priest did not turn heel on the show.

Take a look at the five things WWE got right on this week’s RAW.

#5. Bobby Lashley found his way to the top of WWE RAW again

After recapping last week’s WWE RAW, Bobby Lashley and MVP made their way to the ring. The Almighty looked confident and was proud of his actions.

MVP immediately got to the point and said Lashley deserved to be in the WWE Championship match at Day 1. Kevin Owens came out to complain and talked about how Lashley attacked him from behind.

KO did not think Lashley deserved a spot in the match, and Seth Rollins came out to back up the claims. After shooting some words, Big E made his way to the ring.

Big E said he would fight whoever, whenever, before Adam Pearce and Soya Deville came out. The two WWE officials noted that a Fatal Four-Way match sounds like a great idea. They told Lashley that he would have to defeat all three men on RAW to earn his spot for Day 1.

The opening segment did well to set up the three biggest matches of the night for RAW. Lashley is a dominant force, and WWE did well to put him in such a spot on Monday. It showed that he could easily defeat three top men to earn his shot.

Meanwhile, Owens was excellent on the mic. He elevated the rivalry between Big E and Seth Rollins. He was the star on the mic again and did well to set up the entire scenario.

#4. Otis made an impact on WWE RAW

On WWE RAW last week, Otis and Chad Gable lost their match to Dominik and Rey Mysterio. After the match, the two losers were interviewed by Riddle. Otis vented his frustration by slamming Riddle on the mat.

This week, the Original Bro faced The Dozer in a singles match at the RAW. Otis showcased his strength early on by knocking down Riddle with ease. He continued to throw his opponent around and make a statement.

Riddle made a comeback with a knee to the face that nearly knocked the big man down. The Dozer recovered and smashed Riddle into the barricade to regain control.

Otis continued to dominate as Gable and Randy Orton looked on. The RAW Tag Team Champion sent Otis into the ring post.

He prepared to hit an RKO, but Otis countered and hit a pop-up slam for the win. It was a good contest that put Otis on the map again. He started well with Gable, but the two men aren’t doing too great on RAW.

Otis felt like a dangerous competitor after months. He did well to keep Riddle off his feet and picked up a big win that could help his team reach the championship picture.

#3. Kevin Owens’ antics allowed Bobby Lashley to go through on WWE RAW

Bobby Lashley competed against Kevin Owens in his first of three matches on WWE RAW. KO was the first one who objected to MVP’s demand for a WWE Championship match for Lashley, and it made sense that he was put up first against The Almighty.

Owens tried to gain an early advantage by attacking Lashley immediately after the bell. Lashley fought back and took down Owens with a big shoulder tackle. He delivered a beautiful vertical suplex to flatten the former Universal Champion.

The fight spilled out of the RAW ring, where Lashley sent Owens crashing to the floor. But The Prizefighter rocked him with a Superkick when they got back inside.

The two men exchanged some good moves before Lashley set up for the Hurt Lock. Owens tapped out before Lashley could get a firm grip to award him the win.

Later on, Seth Rollins faced off against The Almighty on RAW. The Visionary tried to weaken the former WWE Champion by slamming him into the ring post a few times, but he couldn’t put Lashley away.

Kevin Owens ran down to attack Rollins in hopes of getting Lashley disqualified. However, Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville announced that it would be a no disqualification match. The Almighty leveled Rollins with a Spear right after to pick up the win on RAW.

The star in both matches was Kevin Owens once again. Even though Lashley did all the hard work, Owens’ heelish tactics made both contests enjoyable.

He awarded Lashley an easy victory by tapping out early and costing Rollins his RAW match. It was a good way to put down two top men to put Lashley over without denting their value.

#2. Becky Lynch injured Liv Morgan’s arm on WWE RAW

Becky Lynch cheated her way to a win over Liv Morgan on WWE RAW last week and boasted about it this week. She was confident once again and put herself over with a great promo.

However, Liv Morgan arrived to remind the champ that she cheated on RAW last week. She demanded a rematch for the title at WWE Day 1. Lynch refused before Morgan attacked her.

The two women brawled, and Lynch got the upper hand. She stuck Morgan’s arm between the ring steps and the ring post and stomped on it a few times to injure her.

The RAW Women’s Championship scene is heating up well. Lynch has become a true heel who will stop at nothing to retain her title. Meanwhile, she is building Liv up as a top babyface.

Many RAW fans are behind Liv to become the next champion. However, a little more buildup and a lot more action will help her finally get to the top after working so hard.

#1. Bobby Lashley pinned the WWE Champion on RAW

Bobby Lashley competed in his last match on WWE RAW this week against Big E. It was a no disqualification contest, but Big E made it clear that he did not want Kevin Owens or Seth Rollins’ help.

The two powerhouses kicked off the match with some hard-hitting moves. Big E went to grab a table right away, but Lashley took him down. The two men threw each other around with ease to showcase their strength.

A trio of belly-to-belly suplexes nearly earned Big E the win. Lashley slammed his opponent through a table for a near-fall. The two men continued to punish each other with some big moves and slammed each other around.

As The Almighty took down Big E with a Spear, Rollins and Owens ran down to prevent the pin. The WWE Champ put Owens through a table while Lashley Speared Rollins through another.

MVP helped Lashley by hitting Big E in the knee with his cane. The latter hit another Spear to pick up the win.

It was a fantastic contest that brought the best out of both powerhouses. They were ruthless and did well to make the match a great main event. WWE did well to bring in Rollins and Owens to set up the finish on RAW.
