5 Twists for WWE RAW: Bray Wyatt returns, Sasha Banks attacks WWE legend?

We have a big episode of WWE RAW waiting for us later tonight, but what can we expect from the show? Well, we have the start of the King of the Ring tournament as well as a United States title match with AJ Styles defending his title against the 'Monster Among Men' Braun Strowman.

If that's not enough to hook you, we also have Sasha Banks explaining her actions last week in an interview with WWE Hall of Famer Jerry Lawler.

What twists could WWE have for this packed episode of RAW? Let's take a look.

#5 The OC and AJ Styles take out Braun Strowman before the US title match

AJ Styles is set to defend his United States title against Braun Strowman

WWE United States Champion AJ Styles is set for his toughest test since recently winning the title. Styles defends his title against Braun Strowman on RAW later tonight and will have The OC hovering around him as his backup.

With Styles versus Strowman being a big match-up and a potential top feud heading into Clash of Champions, WWE could throw us a curveball and cancel the match at the last minute and push it back to build more heat in the feud between Styles and the Monster Among Men. The best way to do this would be for Styles and The OC to blindside Strowman backstage and lay him out so he's unable to compete later on in the night.

Styles could still defend the title against someone else later in the night. After the match, Strowman could come out and get his revenge against Styles and his henchmen, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson. WWE could continue building this match as one of the top matches on the Clash of Champions card.

#4 The Street Profits beat The OC to earn a title shot

Even though the Street Profits have prominently appeared in backstage segments recently, they are still to compete inside the ring. WWE could finally have them debut on RAW tonight and the best way to book them would be for them to pick up a surprise win over the RAW Tag-Team Champions in a non-title match.

WWE could use this to build to a title match at the WWE Clash of Champions PPV next month.

#3 'The Fiend' finds a way into the King of the Ring tournament

One prominent name who was absent from RAW last week was 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt. With the King of the Ring tournament announced and beginning on RAW tonight, it would be a big and pleasant shock if Wyatt finds a way for himself to get into the tournament. Someone like Wyatt competing is just what the KOTR tournament needs.

Wyatt could get himself into the tournament by laying out one of the announced names competing like Cedric Alexander or Sami Zayn.

#2 Elias gifts Shane McMahon the 24/7 title

Elias won the WWE 24/7 Championship last week on RAW. One way to bring the title into prominence would be if WWE have Elias gift it to the 'Best in the World' Shane McMahon.

Shane doesn't need to hold the title for long or defend it and can instead announce a scramble or multi-man match at WWE Clash of Champions to crown the next champion.

#1 Sasha Banks attacks Jerry 'The King' Lawler

Could Sasha Banks attack a WWE legend this week?

Sasha Banks finally returned to RAW last week. Coming out to interrupt Natalya, Banks turned heel on her and laid her out. She was interrupted by Becky Lynch and ended up taking out 'The Man' too.

This week on RAW, Banks will be interviewed by WWE legend Jerry 'The King' Lawler. WWE have already placed Sasha as the top heel in the RAW Women's division and can help her get over even more by having her attack Jerry Lawler.

Lawler is a respected WWE legend and having Banks take him out will further build heat on her. WWE can even have Becky Lynch come out and make the save.
