5 Twists for WWE RAW: The Fiend attacks Brock Lesnar, top Superstar could turn heel?

Could The Fiend attack Brock Lesnar on RAW tonight?
Could The Fiend attack Brock Lesnar on RAW tonight?

Not a lot has been announced for this week's episode of WWE RAW at the time of writing but we think that's it's going to be a pretty stacked show and there could also be a number of surprises. With NXT invading SmackDown last week, there's a distinct possibility of another invasion on RAW tonight.

We should also have WWE Champion Brock Lesnar on tonight's show after he quit SmackDown last Friday. What's next for Rusev, Lana, and Lashley after the Divorce Court segment last week?

#1 Seth Rollins finally turns heel

Seth Rollins has been consistently booed by fans in recent weeks, especially since the WWE Hell In A Cell PPV. Rollins defended the title against The Fiend at Crown Jewel last week in a False Count Anywhere match, losing the match and his title.

This could be the perfect chance for WWE to capitalize on Rollins' heat and have him turn heel. With the fans booing him consistently, losing the Universal Championship could be used as the straw that broke the camels back.

#2 The Fiend attacks Brock Lesnar

With Brock Lesnar quitting SmackDown last week, it looks like he will be appearing on RAW later tonight with the WWE Championship. We aren't sure yet if the two top titles will be switching brands but it certainly seems like it, since Universal Champion Bray Wyatt is officially on the SmackDown roster.

WWE can use tonight's RAW as The Fiend's last appearance on the brand for now (if that is indeed the plan) and make an impact, having The Fiend come out to attack Brock Lesnar, laying The Beast down with the Mandible Claw.

#3 Rusev and Lashley forced to tag for one night

Last week's WWE RAW was main-evented by a special Divorce Court version of the King's Court featuring Rusev and Lana. The bonkers segment ended with Lashley coming out and destroying Rusev. Then Lashley and Lana stood over Rusev's crumpled body and kissed.

One interesting way to continue the feud this week would be to force Rusev and Lashley to tag for a night. This could be a great way to book the feud and use it to bring more sympathy for Rusev. Lashley would be booked to turn on Rusev near the end of the match and abandoning him.

#4 Paige returns with a new tag-team to take out the Kabuki Warriors

Last week's episode of RAW saw the Kabuki Warriors turn on their manager, Paige. It began with Asuka hitting Paige with the green mist and blinding her. While Paige received medical attention, it was Becky Lynch who came out and prevented the situation from escalating any further. Becky went on to beat Kairi Sane in the ensuing match.

This week's RAW could be the perfect time for Paige to get revenge. One way she could do this is to bring Dakota Kai and Tegan Nox to RAW as her new tag-team. Nox was one of the NXT Superstars who appeared on SmackDown on Friday.

Asuka and Sane beat Kai and Nox last week on NXT itself but with Paige's help, could win the WWE Tag-Team Championships from the Japanese stars. This would also be another great shot in the ongoing war between NXT and the main roster ahead of Survivor Series 2019.

#5 The Undisputed Era attack The OC

Adam Cole made a statement on SmackDown after beating Daniel Bryan to retain his NXT Championship. As the leader of Team NXT ahead of Survivor Series, it won't be surprising to see Cole and the Undisputed Era causing havoc on RAW tonight.

One way to do this would be to have the Undisputed Era attack The OC backstage and this could easily lead to a six-man tag match later on in the night.
