Ever since the debut episode of AEW Dynamite, Chris Jericho and his stable, The Inner Circle, have been dominating the new promotion, and "LeChampion" has just made his intentions for the group known.

This week on Dynamite, he and Sammy Guevara will challenge for the AEW World Tag Team Championship, as Jericho wants 'all the gold', meaning there is another division this group will likely want to conquer.

While there is no female in the group currently, Jericho has made it known that he's open to the idea, and with so many talented women working with AEW and in the wrestling world outside, there's plenty of options.

So sit back and read along as we explore those options, and provide 5 possible female talents that could join the Inner Circle in the near future as they look for all the gold in All Elite Wrestling.

#5 Ivelisse

Ivelisse isn't yet signed to All Elite Wrestling, but given her great look, talent and the fact that she appeared in the women's Casino Battle Royale, it's safe to say that she's on their radar. The former WWE and Lucha Underground talent has the attitude and the in-ring style to succeed on her own, but she's a great, well-known name and her joining the Inner Circle would make a huge splash.

Ivelisse has often described herself as the 'Baddest B*tch in the room', and that attitude will serve her well in a more edgy promotion such as All Elite Wrestling, and makes her perfect for AEW's biggest faction.

Unlike others on this list, we haven't seen her since All Out when she was in the battle royale, but that would make her joining the group a much bigger moment, and she would immediately become a credible threat to the AEW Women's World Championship.

#4 Big Swole

Out of everyone on this list, this may seem like the most odd choice, but given Big Swole's swagger and athleticism, joining a group like The Inner Circle would elevate her to the level she deserves almost immediately.

We first saw her in the Casino Battle Royale, and Big Swole has recently signed with the company, and going forward, it's safe to say that she could be a breakout star of this very talented division.

Despite having her on this list, Big Swole is quite a popular performer, so turning on the fans would be quite an interesting move, but in the long run, it would be great for AEW and their women's division.

AEW has a very strong women's division, but they've yet to utilise it to their full ability, so thrusting Big Swole straight into the Inner Circle spotlight could deepen a division that needs plenty of work, and would be good for her career.

#3 Sadie Gibbs

In terms of natural talent and pure potential, there's no one in the All Elite Wrestling women's division that can compare to Sadie Gibbs, but she is still quite a raw, unpolished performer in her early age.

Given all of that, there's no one in the company better suited to mould her obvious talent and athleticism into superstardom than Chris Jericho, and if this is the way they go, the company could have a megastar on their hands.

We haven't seen too much of Gibbs, but she has shown flashes of being an incredible performer, with the best Sasuke Special in the business, and if AEW want to elevate a young talent, Gibbs is the best option.

If they want to bring her along slowly, that would be understandable, but the women's division has been lacklustre thus far, and shooting her into the spotlight may just be a risk that pays off.

#2 Bea Priestley

Despite the Full Gear loss to Britt Baker, Bea Priestley is still one of the most dangerous women in All Elite Wrestling, and with her aggressive style and attitude, she'd fit in perfectly with The Inner Circle.

Her style is heavily influenced by her time in Japan and Stardom, where Priestley is one of their top stars, but so far in AEW, it hasn't felt like that, so elevating her with the biggest group in the company would allow her to shine even more.

Unfortunately for the New Zealand native, after the loss to Baker, she was assaulted and had a piece of her hair cut out by Awesome Kong, so the future currently looks bleak for her. After that though, it makes sense for her to join a group that will elevate her standing in the company, and given all the talent she possesses, Priestley may make the most sense for the Inner Circle.

#1 Mercedes Martinez

While Mercedes Martinez isn't officially signed to All Elite Wrestling, she's appeared several times with the company, and would make the biggest splash for The Inner Circle. The veteran of over 15 years has been dominating for quite some time now, and she's ready for the biggest stage. Not only would this be a well deserved signing, but she'd be a very dangerous addition to the group.

AEW know how great she is too, as Martinez appeared as The Joker in the All Out women's Casino Battle Royale, and if she were to join The Inner Circle, it would add legitimacy to the women's division, and fill the rest of the talent with fear.

At this point, it's inevitable that Martinez signs with AEW, and given her talent, legitimacy and name value, she is certainly the best option for LeChampion and The Inner Circle.
