The rich and storied history of pro wrestling has seen its fair share of families who have been mainstays in the business for decades on end. The McMahons, The Harts, and The Von Erichs are just a few of the well-known families in wrestling. There have been countless instances where children of famous Superstars have followed the paths that their parents carved, and built up their own professional wrestling careers.

Bob Orton's father was a wrestler back in the day. Bob Orton was a part of the main event of the first-ever WrestleMania in 1985. His son, Randy Orton, surpassed him and is one of the greatest WWE Champions of all time. The same goes for Rocky Johnson and The Rock. Currently, several Superstar kids are honing their craft, so that they could one day make their own name in the industry. Let's take a look at five of them.

WWE's Chief Brand Officer, Stephanie McMahon, recently sat down with FS1's First Things First, and gave a major update on her oldest daughter's future in pro wrestling.

Stephanie and Shane both debuted in WWE as on-screen stars way back during the Attitude Era. Stephanie has wrestled several matches during her stint in her father's company.

It now seems like Stephanie's oldest daughter, Aurora, wants to follow in her mom and dad's footsteps and become a professional wrestler. Stephanie stated that she would always encourage her daughters to follow their passion, provided they work hard towards the same.

My oldest daughter has already started training. And I would encourage them to follow their passion, you know, whatever they believe in, as long as they work hard at it. I believe in a strong work ethic and I believe they can do anything in the world they wanna do, but they're gonna have to believe in themselves and work hard.

Dominick, Rey Mysterio's son, is no stranger to longtime WWE fans. He was a part of a storyline in 2005, which saw the late, great Eddie Guerrero failing to win custody over him in a Ladder Match against Rey Mysterio at SummerSlam 2005. Recently, Dominick has been heavily featured on WWE TV. He was the recipient of a brutal Brock Lesnar attack on a recent RAW episode.

Mysterio recently provided an update on how Dominick's training is going.

Overall, I’ve seen him train from day one up until now and it’s definitely in his genes. It’s in his bloodline. He's doing incredible and he’s learning day by day. This is only the beginning for him and I can’t wait to see what the future is.

Benoit seems to be grooming himself to become a professional wrestler. He spoke about the same and said that he wants to wrestle for AEW. David confirmed that he is training with AEW wrestlers at present.

I’m just messing around in the ring right now with a couple of guys from AEW.

Teal Piper made news a short while ago when it was announced that she would be a part of All Out's Casino Battle Royal to determine the #1 contender for the AEW Women's World Championship. Teal gave several interviews and stated that she wants to carry the legacy of her father, the legendary Roddy Piper.

Piper was one of the greatest heels this business had ever seen. His daughter has written a book on his life, along with her brother. Teal has also acted in several independent movies. She also made her debut recently in WOW, and is currently training.

If you’ve ever been in a ring and really worked at it, you can’t fake falling 10 feet. That hurts. Like my dad used to say, you might not think wrestling real but I can make you believe I am. It feels pretty real. I’m just training as hard as I can and trying to bring my own personality and aspect into WOW.

The Rock is hands down one of the greatest WWE Superstars of all time, and is now one of the biggest actors in Hollywood. Recently, The Rock made a visit to the WWE Performance Center. It was revealed that 'The Great One' was actually visiting his daughter, Simone, who had kicked off her training back in 2018.

It won't be a surprise if we see Simone make her way to NXT in a few years. It would be interesting to see how she does as a pro wrestler, especially considering the fact that she has some very big shoes to fill.
