We're almost halfway through 2020, and the year has given us a bunch of unforgettable matches and storylines featuring some of the biggest WWE Superstars today. The fact that WWE managed to churn out programming on a weekly basis amidst the pandemic speaks volumes of how dedicated and determined the Superstars are, when it comes to entertaining the WWE Universe, no matter what the circumstances are.

2020 saw Becky Lynch continuing her RAW Women's title reign and putting down top female Superstars one after the other. Also, Drew McIntyre finally bagged the chance to shine on the big stage, after grinding for more than a decade. In this slideshow, we will take a look at five WWE Superstars who have the best win-loss record so far in 2020. It should be noted that the list only mentions Superstars who have wrestled at least 15 matches this year.

#5 Matt Riddle (92.6%)

Back in January, reports started coming in that Matt Riddle had a backstage altercation with then-WWE Champion Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble PPV. Many speculated that Riddle would have backstage heat following the altercation, but his record seems to be telling a completely different story. Riddle has wrestled 27 matches in 2020 so far, and has won a whopping 25 out of those! The King of Bros has an impressive win percentage of 92.6, and has registered only two losses.

Around three weeks before the Royal Rumble, the tag teams for the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic were announced. Many fans were surprised to see that Riddle had been paired with Pete Dunne, with the duo being dubbed as The BroserWeights. They ultimately won the tournament and went on to defeat Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly at NXT TakeOver: Portland to win the NXT Tag Team titles. The Coronavirus pandemic prevented Dunne from entering the USA, and Riddle had got a new partner in Timothy Thatcher.

However, the partnership ended quickly after Thatcher turned on The Original Bro during their NXT Tag Team title match against Imperium. Riddle would defeat Thatcher the same night and they will be adding a new chapter to their rivalry this week on NXT in Cage Fight that will be officiated by WWE Hall of Famer, Kurt Angle.

#4 The Fiend (94.4%)

The Fiend

When The Fiend made his debut last year, many fans were excited about this new version of Bray Wyatt. The WWE Universe was hoping that the company used him to his fullest potential, and not let the same story repeat again that originally turned Wyatt into an afterthought. It looks like WWE has done a pretty good job at that. As of now, The Fiend has wrestled 18 matches in 2020, and has won 17 bouts. His win percentage is 94.4, and this is a testament to the fact that WWE is heavily protecting him, contrary to what a lot of fans believed to be the case after Super ShowDown.

At the Saudi Arabia event, The Fiend took on WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg in a Universal title match. The match was done and dusted with in a matter of minutes, with Goldberg picking up a huge win over The Fiend and winning the Universal title. This is the only match The Fiend character has lost this year.

(Note: The above win-loss record only considers matches that The Fiend, and not Bray Wyatt, has been a part of)

#3 Pete Dunne (95.2%)

Pete Dunne

It has been quite an incredible ride for Pete Dunne as a WWE Superstar. The Bruiserweight won the NXT UK title way back in 2017, and held the belt for 685 days, before dropping it to Walter at WWE NXT TakeOver: New York last year. Dunne has wrestled a total of 21 matches this year in WWE, and has won 20 out of those, with a win percentage of 95.2!

Dunne's impressive win percentage is courtesy of his association with Matt Riddle, in early 2020. Dunne and Riddle were paired up for the 2020 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic, and the duo went on to win the tournament by defeating Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson) in the finals. The BroserWeights eventually won the NXT Tag Team belts. When the Coronavirus crisis struck, Dunne couldn't travel to the USA and was later replaced by Timothy Thatcher. Riddle didn't get along with the latter as much as he did with Dunne, and the duo soon lost the titles to Imperium.

#2 Drew McIntyre (96.7%)

When Drew McIntyre made his way to SmackDown in 2009, Mr. McMahon dubbed him as a future World Champion. A few years later, he turned into an enhancement talent alongside Jinder Mahal and Heath Slater, with the trio calling themselves The 3MB. McIntyre soon left WWE and improved himself in various promotions. He came back to WWE in 2017, and was promoted from NXT to the main roster a year later.

McIntyre won the 2020 Royal Rumble match to a loud pop, by finally eliminating Roman Reigns. He went on to defeat Brock Lesnar in the main event of WrestleMania 36 to win his first WWE Championship. McIntyre has won 29 out of 30 matches he has wrestled this year. He hasn't lost a single match, and has registered a draw against Randy Orton on an episode of WWE RAW. McIntyre's win percentage is 96.7, and it seems like he still has a lot to prove in the coming months.

#1 Becky Lynch (100%)

It shouldn't be a surprise that Becky Lynch trumped everyone else to become the most protected WWE Superstar of 2020 so far, and has the best win-loss record this year. Lynch kicked off the year with the WWE RAW Women's title around her waist and went on to defeat the likes of Asuka and Shayna Baszler to keep the belt on her shoulder. Lynch has competed in 17 matches so far in 2020 and has won every single one of those.

A short while ago, Lynch vacated her title on an episode of WWE RAW, revealing that she is pregnant and is taking time off. Lynch had won the RAW Women's title at WrestleMania 35 last year, by pinning Ronda Rousey.

She remained Champion for more than a year and finally handed the belt to Asuka, who had won the Women's Money In The Bank Ladder match around 24 hours ago. There's no news as to when Lynch will come back, but it would certainly be interesting to see whether she continues her winning streak when she makes her big return to WWE.
