2020 has been quite an eventful year for WWE, even with the pandemic making sure that fans wouldn't be in the arenas to watch the shows live. WrestleMania took place inside the WWE Performance Center for the first time in history and was also a two-night event. Roman Reigns finally turned heel after fans demanded the same for years on end. Goldberg and Brock Lesnar, two WWE veterans, went into WrestleMania as the company's top Champions, plus Becky Lynch went on a hiatus due to her pregnancy.

WWE kept churning out pay-per-views, as usual, this year, with most of them taking place at the Performance Center and the ThunderDome. There are a bunch of unfortunate Superstars who had a hard time performing well on pay-per-views, for the entirety of 2020. In this list, we'll take a look at five WWE Superstars who lost every pay-per-view match this year.

Note: The Royal Rumble match isn't being considered in this list

#5 WWE Superstar Tamina Snuka (0-2)

Tamina Snuka
Tamina Snuka

Tamina Snuka has been a mainstay in WWE for around a decade at this point. Unfortunately, she hasn't been able to win a women's title so far, as a WWE Superstar. Her pay-per-view record is alarming as well, as the last time she won a match was in 2018. She was a part of Team RAW (Mickie James, Nia Jax, Tamina, Bayley, and Sasha Banks) that defeated Team SmackDown (Naomi, Carmella, Sonya Deville, Asuka, and Mandy Rose) in a traditional Survivor Series Elimination match.

Tamina has lost every single one of her last seven pay-per-view matches, with two out of those coming in 2020. At WrestleMania 36, Bayley successfully defended her SmackDown Women's title in a Fatal Five-Way Elimination match, which Tamina was a part of. Soon after, she got an opportunity at Bayley's title in a singles match at Money in the Bank 2020. Tamina lost this match as well and hasn't been featured on a WWE pay-per-view ever since. If she doesn't win a pay-per-view match this year, 2020 will be the second consecutive year in which she will have lost every pay-per-view match.

#4 WWE Superstar Lacey Evans (0-3)

Lacey Evans

Lacey Evans made her WWE main roster debut last year and targeted RAW Women's Champion Becky Lynch following WrestleMania 35. Evans failed to defeat Lynch for the title though. She went on to make history by being one of the first two women to have a wrestling match in Saudi Arabia when she took on Natalya at Crown Jewel 2019. Fans would be surprised to learn that ever since Evans came up to WWE RAW last year, she hasn't won a pay-per-view match.

At the 2020 Royal Rumble event, Evans lost a SmackDown Women's title match to Bayley. At WWE WrestleMania 36, Evans wrestled in a Fatal Five-Way Elimination match for the SmackDown Women's title. This match was won by Bayley as well. At Money in the Bank, Lacey Evans participated in the Women's MITB match, which was eventually won by Asuka. Last year, Evans suffered defeats against Becky Lynch and Natalya on pay-per-views, and she hasn't been able to catch a break this year as well. Here's hoping Lacey Evans bags her first pay-per-view win soon.

#3 WWE Superstar Dolph Ziggler (0-4)

Dolph Ziggler
Dolph Ziggler

For a long time now, WWE has used Dolph Ziggler to put over young guns and other major Superstars on TV and pay-per-views. Ziggler has lost his last five pay-per-view matches, with four of those coming in 2020. At Super ShowDown 2020, Ziggler was fed to Mansoor in a singles match. At Elimination Chamber 2020, Ziggler teamed up with Robert Roode in the Elimination Chamber match for the SmackDown tag team titles. John Morrison and The Miz managed to retain their titles in the end.

At WrestleMania, the heated feud between Ziggler and Otis finally came to an end, when Mandy Rose helped the latter to score a victory over Ziggler. The story came to a fitting end, as Mandy Rose got together with Otis to the utter delight of the WWE Universe. Next, Ziggler faced Drew McIntyre at Extreme Rules. This time around, he got a chance to win the WWE Championship from his former tag team partner. Unfortunately, Ziggler's luck remained the same and he lost this match as well. Dolph Ziggler hasn't wrestled on a pay-per-view ever since then. It seems like he will finish off 2020 with zero pay-per-view wins in his bag.

#2 WWE Superstar King Corbin (0-5)

King Corbin
King Corbin

When it comes to King Corbin, it's understandable that he would lose most of his pay-per-view matches, as he is a dastardly heel who gets put down by the good guys in the end, on most occasions. But Corbin hasn't won a single pay-per-view match this year and is still waiting for that big win in 2020. Corbin took on Roman Reigns in a Falls Count Anywhere match at WWE Royal Rumble, and suffered a defeat at the hands of The Big Dog. The feud seemed to have come to an end, but the WWE Universe was wrong on this one.

He then faced Reigns against at WWE Super ShowDown, and lost this time as well, with the match taking place inside a steel cage. At WrestleMania 36, Corbin continued his pay-per-view losing streak with a loss to Elias. At Money in the Bank, Corbin was a part of the Men's MITB match, which Otis won. Finally, at WWE Payback 2020, Corbin lost a singles match to Matt Riddle, thus bringing his record to 0-5.

#1 WWE Superstar AJ Styles (0-5)

Kudos to WWE for handling AJ Styles brilliantly throughout the year, to the point that the fans didn't even realize that he has lost every single pay-per-view match this year. He is still one of the biggest Superstars in WWE, and that says a lot about how cleverly he has been booked. At WWE Super ShowDown 2020, Styles lost the Gauntlet match for the Tuwaiq Trophy, when The Undertaker made a surprise appearance and put him down to a loud pop.

At WWE Elimination Chamber, Styles lost a No DQ match to Aleister Black, courtesy interference by The Undertaker. At WrestleMania 36, The Undertaker and AJ Styles met in a Boneyard match, which ended with Styles being buried alive. Styles came back soon after and lost the Money in the Bank Ladder match at the namesake pay-per-view. At Clash of Champions, he lost a Three-Way Ladder match for the Intercontinental title to Sami Zayn. It's strange to see that someone of the stature of Styles has yet to in a pay-per-view match in 2020. Hopefully, he picks up a pay-per-view win soon, to make sure that he ends the year on a good note.
