In WWE, entrance music is used to introduce Superstars but it also defines a star or group, giving their character a little more flair. A theme song also enables them to make a statement before they enter the ring.

Music has been used in many sports especially combat sports such as boxing and MMA during an athlete's entrance for many years. Unlike the others, WWE takes it to the next level by utilizing theatrics and props to make a performers' entrance even cooler.

While some wrestlers enter the ring to generic music, larger than life Superstars such as The Undertaker and Stone Cold Steve Austin set the tone in every arena with theme songs specifically created for their characters. As a result, they evoked great reactions from the crowd.

Other stars set the tone by performing their own entrance music. Let's find out who some of them are.

#5. WWE Superstars Jimmy and Jey Uso (The Usos)

Jimmy and Jey Uso are regarded by many as the best tag team in the business. The Usos held tag team gold multiple times and they're also known for their entertaining in-ring style. During their early years with WWE, they had a very unique entrance where they performed a Samoan war dance known as the Siva Tau on the ramp before making their way down the aisle to the ring.

Their entrance suited them well especially since they were performing as babyfaces. Fast forward to 2016, the former WWE Tag Team Champions turned heel after the debut of WWE SmackDown LIVE. The duo took on a new look and they were given a new theme song, as well.

The new song also fits their new characters. However, it became even better when The Usos debuted a remixed version of the song the following year, which included their vocals.

#4. WWE Superstar Tyler Breeze

During his singles run on WWE NXT, Tyler Breeze's gimmick was that of a vain stud who was in love with his gorgeous looks. The self-proclaimed King of Cuteville even walked to the ring recording himself with his smartphone, which was connected to a selfie stick and broadcasted live on the TitanTron.

Tyler Breeze's theme song went along with the flamboyant gimmick, as well. The lyrics were simply about Breeze and his gorgeousness, so it made sense for him to provide the vocals himself. Tyler Breeze not only sang the lyrics, but he wrote it as well. The number one contender for the NXT Championship debuted the music video on an episode of NXT in 2014.

Breeze later teamed up with another good-looking Superstar in Fandango. The two dashing stars currently compete on the black and gold brand as a tag team known as Breezango.

Tyler Breeze and Fandango underwent a gimmick change and they began working as The Fashion Police. Breezango are the reigning WWE NXT Tag Team Champions.

Their run on the main roster was quite underwhelming, so it's good to see Breezango being treated well on NXT.

#3. WWE Superstar Keith Lee

Keith Lee is still a rising star in WWE looking to make his mark on Monday Night RAW, the company's flagship show. Keith Lee was very successful in NXT where he made history holding both the NXT and North American Championship at the same time.

Keith Lee leaves many fans in awe with his swift moves and in-ring abilities despite his size. On WWE NXT, Keith Lee had a popular theme song. The song, titled "Limitless," is quite a good listen that got over with the fans. What made it even more special is the fact that Keith Lee performed the song himself.

Unfortunately, the former NXT Champion recently changed his theme song after he made the lateral move to the main roster. Although his new entrance music has a sample of his previous theme, the rest of it sounds generic, making it a huge downgrade from his NXT theme.

Thankfully, Lee's run on WWE RAW has been decent so far, and he even holds a pinfall victory over "The Viper" Randy Orton. Hopefully, Keith Lee will walk out to Limitless soon, as his current theme song just isn't working for him.

#2. WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels

Many fans, wrestlers, and critics regard WWE Hall of Famer, Shawn Michaels, as one of the greatest performers not just in WWE but in the history of the business. The Heartbreak Kid was a talented in-ring performer and he also had success as the WWE World Champion.

Mr. WrestleMania played a heel for many years. As a part of D-Generation X, he, "The Game" Triple H, and Chyna became controversial figures during the rather infamous Attitude Era.

Michaels played a cocky pretty boy who, in his own words, drove the girls wild. He even sang about his looks in his theme song after parting ways with his manager, Sensational Sherri.

Sherri originally sang the lyrics to the song, but her vocals were replaced with HBK's after their split. The current song stood the test of time as many wrestling fans still love it today.

During an interview, Michaels revealed that his singing was horrible and his vocals only sounded good thanks to the help of post-production. The theme song was composed by "The Mouth of the South" Jimmy Hart, who maintains it is his proudest composition.

#1. Former WWE Champion John Cena

John Cena is not only one of WWE's biggest Superstars but he's also a major celebrity. The 16-time WWE world champion has starred in many movies and he was also involved in the music business.

During his early run with WWE, John Cena was known as The Doctor of Thuganomics and his entrance theme, Basic Thuganomics, was a song that he performed. He also released a full-length album in 2005 called My Time is Now.

After dropping the gimmick, Cena became a more family-friendly character and he used one of the songs from his album as his new entrance music. The song was such a big hit that even people who don't watch wrestling are familiar with it.

The fact that the Leader of the Cenation has had it as his theme song for this long indicates just how iconic it is. Every time the theme song hits, fans immediately know who it is and they hilariously mock Cena in harmony as the theme blares throughout the arena.
