The Show of Shows is now behind us and whilst it included eight title changes and a number of memorable moments for some of the biggest WWE superstars there is obviously a downside to the show since there were a number of injuries brought to light in the days that followed.

The Superstar Shake-up takes place next Monday and Tuesday night and many WWE stars are expected to be in attendance for the draft style atmosphere which will see many names moved from the brands they have called home over the past year. Injuries mean that many stars won't be able to wrestle as part of these shows, but they could still be used on WWE TV if they are considered able-bodied enough to do backstage segments to confirm their switches.

The build-up to The Biggest Party of the Summer has now begun and it appears that many of WWE's planned storylines will be delayed if these stars are stuck on the sidelines in the coming weeks.

#5. Nia Jax

Nia Jax was part of the Women's Tag Team Championship fatal four-way match at WrestleMania, even though the Samoan star didn't play a huge part in the match or the finish. This was her second shot at the gold along with Tamina in just two months and the loss meant that she heads to the back of the line when it comes to challenging in the future.

This is perfect timing, since Jax recently updated her Social Media to state that she would be taking some time away from the ring and this was later revealed by Pro Wrestling Sheet to be because the former Women's Champion has suffered ACL tears in both her knees that will require surgery to repair.

It is unknown how long Jax will be on the shelf for, but it's expected to be around nine months if the tears are severe.

#4. Ronda Rousey

Ronda Rousey made history at WrestleMania when she main evented alongside Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair for the first time in history. Rousey seemingly messed up the finish of the match and was reportedly quite demanding when it came to not being pinned as part of the ending, but she was still injured in the process.

Rousey was always supposed to leave WWE for a while following WrestleMania, but her broken hand meant that she was reportedly forced to miss the Raw After WrestleMania after WWE sent her home.

There are reportedly now plans for Ronda Rousey to return and face Becky Lynch in a one-on-one match at WrestleMania next year in Tampa Bay, but these are still yet to be confirmed. Rousey is still contracted to WWE until 2021 but her future with the company remains unclear.

Daniel Bryan lost the WWE Championship to Kofi Kingston at WrestleMania last Sunday night, but the former Champion didn't just lose his title as part of the show, it appears that he could have picked up an injury.

According to numerous sources coming out of the show earlier this week, Bryan may have suffered an injury as part of the Show of Shows and was still waiting to be evaluated by WWE which is why he was sent home early from the SmackDown Live tapings on Tuesday night and didn't appear as part of the live show.

Bryan wasn't even backstage in Brooklyn and given his injury history, many of the WWE Universe are obviously concerned that Bryan could be on the sidelines for a number of months depending on the severity of his injury.

AJ Styles defeated Randy Orton at WrestleMania last Sunday night and even though he was able to pick up the win, Styles suffered a hip injury which was seemingly caused by superplex that went array in a match that was heavily criticized by the WWE Universe.

Styles was evaluated by the company a few days later and it was revealed that there was no damage to the bones which is a good sign for Styles who could be back on the road with WWE soon after being forced to skip this week's episode of SmackDown Live.

Styles has been a workhorse in WWE over the past few years and could be one of the stars on the move to Monday Night Raw as part of the Superstar Shake-up so he expected to be part of next week's show.

Big E didn't actually wrestle as part of WrestleMania, instead, he was a cheerleader for Kofi Kingston as he became WWE Champion for the first time. Big E and Xavier Woods were at ringside for the historic moment and then celebrated with Kingston on both Monday Night Raw and SmackDown Live.

It was later announced that Big E had suffered a torn meniscus which reportedly came about because he did the splits. It came as a shock on Raw when Big E dropped into the splits for the first time before Big E then did the same thing on Tuesday night as part of the SmackDown Live celebration which could have been the cause of his injury.

It is unknown how long Big E will be out of action for with the injury, but he is still expected to remain an on-screen presence.
