WWE fans recently learned that long-time couple Mia Yim and Keith Lee are now engaged. Both wrestlers have worked together in WWE, and they're in a real-life relationship.

There are several other couples in WWE who are currently engaged, including Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch. The pairing of Charlotte Flair and Andrade is another example.

While these couples are currently looking forward to spending the rest of their lives together, there are other couples who were once in the same position.

Several of these couples were not able to make it down the aisle, and they instead opted to call off their engagement entirely. It's interesting to note that several of these stars have since gone on to remarry.

#6. WWE star Bayley and Aaron Solow

Former SmackDown Women's Champion Bayley had been in a long-term relationship with AEW's Aaron Solow since before she was signed by WWE. Solow has appeared for WWE several times in the past without being handed a contract. He recently became a member of The Nightmare Family in AEW. Of course, Bayley has remained an integral member of the women's division.

He released a statement on his Twitter account regarding the future of his relationship with the WWE star. The statement read that the couple saw very different futures, so they decided to call off their engagement. Bayley is yet to comment publicly on the split. Since this is a personal matter, it's unlikely that the former champion will add her side of the story.

#5. Mickie James and former WWE star Kenny Dykstra

Mickie James is now considered to be a veteran in WWE. She's a six-time Women's Champion, and she has wrestled in the company since 2005. James took a hiatus between her two WWE stints, but during her first run in the company, she became engaged to fellow WWE star Kenny Dykstra. He was a member of the Spirit Squad alongside Dolph Ziggler.

Personal issues between James and Dykstra behind the scenes sank their relationship. The couple was engaged from 2007, but the couple called off their engagement ahead of Dykstra's release back in 2008.

James has since gone on to marry fellow wrestler Nick Aldis, and the couple welcomed their first son, Donovan in 2014.

#4. Bobby Lashley and former WWE star Kristal Marshall

There are several WWE fans who will remember former WWE Diva Kristal Marshall from her time on SmackDown. She became the love interest of Teddy Long before the general manager suffered a heart attack at their wedding.

While Marshall was contracted to WWE, she began a relationship with fellow star Bobby Lashley. The couple had two children, Miles and Noami. But Marshall and Lashley announced their split in 2010 after they worked together in IMPACT Wrestling.

The couple was reportedly only together from 2007 until 2010. Marshall recently revealed that they were also engaged.

“I have never been married in all of my adult life. My name is Kristal Marshall. It has always been Kristal Marshall. I’ve never been married. We were engaged. We had a very long engagement. We’ve had two kids together, but there was no wedding. That didn’t happen and I don’t know if that was a good thing or a bad thing. It just didn’t happen.”

Marshall also dated fellow WWE star Matt Striker while she was contracted to the company. She left WWE in 2007, and she hasn't returned since.

#3. Paige and former WWE star Alberto Del Rio

Paige hasn't wrestled for WWE in almost three years. But she remains part of the current WWE roster as a star who works for the company outside of the ring. In 2016, the former Divas Champion went through quite the whirlwind in her personal life. At the time, her relationship with fellow star Alberto Del Rio became public.

Both members of the couple were later suspended for violating WWE's Wellness Policy. Paige then proposed to Del Rio in the middle of the ring after a match. The couple became one of the company's most controversial pairings. After they were engaged for around a year, they decided to call off their engagement and split up in 2017.

Paige has since returned to WWE, and she has been able to focus on her wrestling career once again. Though she was forced to retire from the ring, she has transitioned into a non-wrestling role. She also started a new relationship with Falling in Reverse's lead singer Ronnie Radke.

Alberto Del Rio has continued to have struggles in his personal life, and he hasn't returned to WWE since his release in 2016.

Alexa Bliss and Buddy Murphy came through the ranks in WWE together. Bliss was the manager of Murphy's tag team alongside Wesley Blake in NXT. The team split up in 2016 when Bliss was promoted to the main roster by herself. But the couple still went on to announce their engagement at the beginning of 2017.

Murphy struggled to find success before he moved to 205 Live. Meanwhile, Bliss became one of the company's most popular female wrestlers. The couple was later added to "Total Divas" as main cast members. Their time on the show made it apparent that there was no rush for Bliss and Murphy to plan their wedding.

The couple ultimately went their separate ways around the beginning of 2018. But Bliss didn't reveal this development until several months later. When a fan asked about Murphy on her Twitter account, Bliss revealed that the couple had remained close friends following the end of their engagement.

The former Women's Champion has since moved on, and she is now engaged to musician Ryan Cabrera.

Nikki Bella and John Cena became the best-known couple in WWE throughout their time together. They were the faces of "Total Divas" and later "Total Bellas."

The couple began dating back in 2012 before "Total Divas" debuted on the E! Network the following year. The main challenge in their relationship throughout their time together was how Cena didn't want to marry Bella or have children. But the couple remained together, and at WrestleMania 33, Cena publicly proposed at on the WWE's biggest stage.

Bella and Cena then both took some time away from WWE programming and began planning their wedding. But in an unexpected turn of events, the couple made the decision to call off their engagement in 2018. This development later became a storyline on "Total Divas", but Cena hasn't appeared on the show since the split.

Cena has since moved on to marry Shay Shariatzadeh, and Bella is engaged to her former Dancing with the Stars partner Artem Chigvintsev. The latter couple welcomed a son named Matteo into the world together.
