They were the tallest superstars in the WWE history

Giant Wrestlers has always been a typical favorite of Vince McMahon as he saw a money-making machine in the big guys. The idea is to make the other guys look dwarf and make the match much more of a giant against dwarf clash in order to keep the fans engaged.

Some of these wrestlers achieved the greater amount of success and fame but some of them didn't reach to those heights as expected.

Over the past decades, some 'Giant' wrestlers came in the WWE but some of them remained in the heart and souls of fans. Speaking of the Giant one can remember 'The Eight Wonder of the World', Andre the Giant. He is second tallest wrestlers in the history of the WWE.

However, these men are actually more than that as they turned out to be some sort of signature of WWE as years went by.

Having at least one tall guy in the roster has turned out to be some sort of importance for various promotion nowadays. Over the several decades, a plethora of skyscrapers has step-foot into the squared circle of WWE.

Who are the seven of the Tallest Superstars in WWE history? Read On!

#5 Kane, Big Cass, and Big Show - 7’0" (TIE)

Big Show is one of the only two WWE Superstars who can compete with Big Cass head-to-head at seven-feet

Here we have a tie between Kane, Big Cass, and Big Show. They all stand 7-foot (213.36 cm) tall and you can't teach that. All these decades they have clearly dominated every wrestler who stood up in their path. Well, same can't be spoken for the Big Cass.

Big Show is not just a regular big guy who only depends on the power game, but he is also someone who could show his agility and speed quite often.

Earlier this year, Big Cass received some opposition of his size in the form of Big Show. Cass stood tall in the feud showing his strength and agility, before departing from WWE.

Big Show is one of only two WWE Superstars who can compete with Big Cass head-to-head at seven feet flat and the Demons' Favourite- Kane is second of them.

Although we didn't witness a feud between Big Cass and Kane, we know that if it would have ever happened Kane will clearly dominate him not easily but he will ( i guess) and that match will be worthy to watch.

Kane is arguably one of the best in-ring and on-the-mic worker in the history of WWE. One can remember when he used to terrify everyone with his big size, red flames, and appearing from the hell (below the ring, I mean) back in the days.

#4 The Great Khali — 7’1"

He won the World Heavyweight Championship in the 20-man Smackdown battle royal

The Great Khali, coming from India 7.1 foot (216.40 cm) tall, had a great boost to his career in WWE as his first feud was with none other than The Undertaker. Seeing fighting him with The Undertaker many believed he can 'Knock Out' Undertaker with the overhead chops.

With his overhead chops that felled opponents like timber, defeated many superstars in WWE. But he didn't achieve the greater amount of success in the WWE as expected.

WWE tried to put on a lot of various gimmicks to keep him fresh but none of that worked as he could barely walk in the ring. But minus his in-ring skills and on-the-mic work, Khali is still a fan favorite and has some sort of purity with him which is hard to find in big guys.

His most memorable moment was when he won the World Heavyweight title in the Smackdown 20-man Battle Royal.

Thinking about anybody being taller than him is hard to imagine. But, Shockingly there was.

#3 Giant Silva — 7’2"

Silva in his most matches competed on the losing side of handicap and tag-team matches

Although he was not that famous like the other Big guys, he did have the strong muscles and was bigger than any other superstars back in Attitude-era.

Silva was 7.1 (219.45 cm) foot tall, born in Brazil. Unfortunately, he wasn’t around for very long, his run with the WWE was cut-short after being the company for one year.

Silva in his most matches competed on the losing side of handicap and tag-team matches. Silva's only memorable moment in the WWE came at SummerSlam where he was on the winning side of a tag-team match.

Though he did not have left the mark like the other big guys managed to leave during his time in WWE, but boy, he was tall.

After leaving the WWE, Silva joined New Japan Pro Wrestling and spent another seven years there before taking his final break from the wrestling industry.

#2 Andre the Giant — 7’4"

The Eight Wonder of the world

Better known as 'The Eight Wonder of the World', Andre the Giant was 7.4 foot (225.55 cm) tall. He was not just the second tallest guy in the WWE history but was larger than life. One can remember back in his days no one was able to defeat him, if someone fights with him for more than 5-minutes then it's their most they could do.

His 15-year undefeated streak was ended by Hulk Hogan at the WrestleMania 3 in 1987. But boy he was special, no one was like him or ever will be.

Andre’s big size was due to a condition he was suffering from known as acromegaly, or giantism which actually turned to the key to his fame. His run in the WWE was an epic one, he gave some exciting matches for the fans with the above-mentioned one being the most famous.

Sadly, Andre passed away in 1993 and it was his death that initiated the WWE Hall Of Fame, he was the first ever inductee to be instated into the HOF and remains as a big name among others in the history of pro-wrestling.

The Eighth Wonder of the World often seemed like the largest man who ever lived in the history of the WWE, he was only the second.

Before starting his career in pro-wrestling he was a Basketball player

Securing his spot at the No.1 is Giant Gonzales. He was 8 foot (243.84 cm) tall. He is mostly known for the awful fight that he had against the Undertaker at WrestleMania (that's right at WrestleMania).

Gonzales used to be a basketball player back in Argentina before taking his foot into the industry of pro-wrestling.

Before coming to the WWE, he was working with WCW which didn’t go well. After signing a contract with the WWE, Gonzales entered the Royal Rumble and had a feud with Undertaker which culminated in their WrestleMania match in the result, Gonzales lost to Undertaker and soon left WWE and joined New Japan Pro Wrestling.

The last match of his career came against the legendary Great Muta in Japan. Unfortunately, his career never reached the heights like some of these other giants but fittingly he was one of the tallest guys in the WWE history ever-lived.
