What's the story?

AEW's debut pay-per-view Double or Nothing was memorable and historic for several reasons, one of them is the debut and return of Jon Moxley FKA Dean Ambrose.

Following Moxley's return to Pro Wrestling, the former WWE Champion took to social media and decided to send a message along with another former WWE star, Cody Rhodes.

In case you didn't know...

At AEW: Double or Nothing, Jon Moxley made his shocking return to Professional Wrestling, as the former WWE World Champion made his way over to the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas and assaulted former six-time WWE World Champion, Chris Jericho.

Moxley then also set his sights on the other half of the Double or Nothing main event, as he ignited a wild brawl with former IWGP Heavyweight Champion, Kenny Omega. Both Omega and Moxley brawled all over the arena with the latter eventually standing tall over 'The Best Bout Machine' in order to end the show in the most emphatic way possible.

The heart of the matter

At Double or Nothing, both Jon Moxley and Cody Rhodes had quite the night with Moxley making a statement by attacking both Jericho and Omega. Whereas, Cody himself had an instant classic with Dustin Rhodes and eventually reunited with his older brother as well.

Following the culmination of the show, Moxley and Cody took to Twitter and shared the following photo

Cody then retweeted the photo and sent a short yet simple message, making things a bit more clear for everyone:

What's next?

Jon Moxley is currently under a multi-year contract with AEW, however, early this morning, the former WWE star tweeted out a familiar clip, revealing that he is on his way over to New Japan Pro Wrestling and is rather bound to challenge Juice Robinson for the IWGP US Championship.
