AEW World Champion Chris Jericho has been quite successful in the ring in AEW so far. Having managed to defeat Kenny Omega, Cody Rhodes (albeit through a towel thrown in by MJF), Hangman Page, and Scorpio Sky to name but a few, there's a reason that Jericho has had so much occasion to celebrate with a 'little bit of bubbly'.

On this week's episode of AEW Dynamite, Jericho revealed that he will be wrestling only one more match in 2019, on 18th December.

Chris Jericho set to wrestle Jungle Boy

Jericho was set to read through almost the whole AEW roster as he read from the new List of Jericho, the newly formed Lexicon of Le Champion. On the list, he named a large number of wrestlers, Jon Moxley multiple times, and a couple of names from Hollywood and the music industry as people that he would not wrestle again in 2019.

However, before he could go through the whole roster, he was interrupted by the Jurassic Express. He said that he would not wrestle Luchasaurus or Marko Stunt, but was then confronted by Jungle Boy.

A brawl broke out, resulting in Jericho and Jake Hager beating a hasty retreat. Jericho was far from happy with this and threw a tantrum at ringside before agreeing to a match against Jungle Boy.

So, in his last match of 2019, he will be facing Jungle Boy on 18th December.
