On Twitter, Cody Rhodes revealed that AEW will have talent training as students under contract at The One Fall Power Factory (wrestling school) in the near future. Located in Norcross, Georgia, this training center will not be entirely under the AEW banner but rather in partnership with the wrestling school.

Cody Rhodes was responding to a fan who inquired whether AEW will have a facility like the WCW Power Plant to train young talent. For those wrestling fans who are unaware, the WCW Power Plant was the official training facility for WCW.

In a sense, it was a precursor to the WWE Performance Center where WCW held tryouts and looked for the next big star, at the time. The biggest star to come out of it was Goldberg, which he is where he was discovered when he started training there realizing that his NFL career was not going anywhere.

It seems that AEW is looking to resurrect some aspects of WCW with having a similar facility. Moreover, According to Wrestling Inc, the One Fall Power Factory is owned by AEW producer QT Marshall and WCW legend Glacier. The recent signing of Olympian boxer Anthony Ogogo was their first developmental one and it's possible that he's currently training at this facility.

With other WWE legends in their ranks like Dean Malenko, Billy Gunn and Dustin Rhodes in their ranks, it seems like the legitimate next step for AEW to start developing their own talent.
