Would Triple H push the Women's tag-team Championships so soon?

In my humble opinion, the Road to WrestleMania 35 always plays an influential role in setting the course for the entire year and judging by how things have transpired up until now, the fans are genuinely expecting something interesting this Sunday.

WWE will be live from the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas this Sunday where Vince McMahon's billion dollar company will be hosting their ninth Elimination Chamber PPV.

Considering that WWE started off with a bang this year with the Royal Rumble, the fans will enter the Toyota Center with the same amount of expectations.

With all the WWE superstars fighting for their chance to steal the spotlight at WrestleMania 35, the company would be crowning their First-Ever Women's Tag-Team Champions this Sunday inside the barbaric steel chamber.

While the Elimination Chamber has always created some exceptional moments, there's no denying that this year's match-card lacks an element of rejuvenation and excitement, with many stars like Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, and Brock Lesnar not scheduled to perform on the show.

Since legions of fans have vehemently criticized the company's predictable booking for so long, the WWE Universe looks up to Triple H as their sole saviour.

Judging by how Triple H has evolved NXT, the Game's visionary approach to sports entertainment has ascended the quality of the product and brought more eyes to the show.

With the Elimination Chamber always producing some brutal moments, the Cerebral Assassin would have added his own touch to the match-card and brought serious alterations to keep WrestleMania 35 as the main focus.

So, without further ado, let's dive deep into our hypothetic yet hopeful wrestling world and predict how Triple H would have booked WWE Elimination Chamber 2019.

#1 Asuka (C) Vs. Nikki Cross for the SmackDown Women's Championship

The Empress of Tomorrow deserves better
The Empress of Tomorrow deserves better

While WWE may have the spotlight on Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, and Ronda Rousey, let's not forget that Asuka is also one of the most talented superstars in the entire women's division.

It's rather unfortunate that the creative team have not advertised the Empress of Tomorrow for about at the Elimination Chamber, but this would have definitely changed under Triple H's supervision.

The Game has always been vocal about his adulation for the SmackDown Women's Champion and would have started the show with a bang.

Asuka clashing off against a demented Nikki Cross for the coveted gold would have ideally kicked off the proceedings inside the Toyota Center, with both the competitors tearing each other apart in front of a deafening crowd.

A match of this calibre would have proved beneficial for both Nikki and Asuka, especially the former NXT Women's Champion, whilst putting Nikki Cross in an influential position.

There's no denying that Cross has been underwhelming on the main roster, but Triple H's creative inclusion would have made ascended her as a real threat to Asuka's gold.

How Triple H would have booked - Asuka retains in a brutal contest

#2 Dean Ambrose (C) Vs. EC3 Vs. Bobby Lashley Vs. Bobby Roode for the Intercontinental Championship

The Lunatic should have held the gold for long
The Lunatic should have held the gold for long

It's a damn shame that WWE have not brought any rejuvenation in Dean Ambrose's character after the former WWE Champion turned heel and brutalized Seth Rollins in front of a surprised crowd.

While Seth Rollins has moved on to bigger and better things, the Lunatic Fringe would be leaving Vince McMahon's billion dollar company after his contract expires in April.

With Triple H getting into a heated confrontation with the self-proclaimed 'Moral Compass' of the WWE recently, the Game could have continued to build Dean's momentum as more of an anti-hero than an unforgiving villain.

It's understandable that the Lunatic has not forgotten what happened that night when the Architect joined hands with the Game and savagely assaulted Ambrose and Reigns, and with the Cerebral Assassin comprehending the significance of stories in professional wrestling, he would have definitely moved forward with this angle.

Since the Intercontinental Championship has always brought some impressive matches on our screens, a Fatal-4 way would have been an incredible way to give the gold to someone else whilst making the Lunatic Fringe look strong.

With Ambrose wanting to leave WWE, a similar angle like CM Punk could have been booked and would have brought more eyes to the product than anything else on Monday Night Raw.

How Triple H would have booked - Bobby Roode wins the Intercontinental Championship

#3 Seth Rollins Vs. John Cena in a No Disqualification Match

To be the Man, you gotta beat the Man
To be the Man, you gotta beat the Man

There's no denying that Seth Rollins' incredible body of work and versatility between the ropes has propelled him as the NO 1 Contender to Brock Lesnar's Universal Championship.

The Architect has remained an influential component of Monday Night Raw and continues to be a fan favourite among the WWE Universe.

Considering that Triple H has been always vocal about catapulting Rollins as the future of the WWE, he would have certainly brought more momentum to his side before the former Intercontinental Champion prepares to slay the Beast Incarnate at WrestleMania 35.

With John Cena one of the greatest stars this industry has ever seen, the Game could have booked a mini-feud between the two babyfaces, with the Cenation Leader wanting Rollins to prove himself before he headlines the Showcase of the Immortals.

Since the 16-time World Champion wasn't a part of the Royal Rumble, he could be willing to earn his spot at WrestleMania 35, with the Architect wanting to justify his versatility to the former WWE Champion.

Both the superstars could have delivered an outstanding match, with the Cerebral Assassin keeping the spotlight on Rollins whilst presenting John Cena as an absolute threat to the Architect's destiny.

A victory here in such a bout would have been a clinical way of elevating Rollins the way Vince did with Roman Reigns at No Mercy, and present him as a genuine threat to Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 35.

#4 Ronda Rousey (C) Vs. Sasha Banks Vs. Bayley Vs. Alexa Bliss Vs. Nia Jax Vs. Ruby Riott for the Raw Women's Championship

This match should have been contested inside the Elimination Chamber
This match should have been contested inside the Elimination Chamber

I genuinely endorse the idea of seeing the women's division get more opportunities on the main roster and the inception of the Women's tag-team Championships is a major step in the right direction.

However, if creating WrestleMania moments is anything to take into consideration here, then Triple H would have pushed the idea of crowning the First-Ever Women's Tag-Team Champions for WrestleMania 35.

With that being said, the Game could have used these talented female competitors to fight for the Raw Women's Championship inside the barbaric and unforgiving Elimination Chamber.

The main focus should be to ascend Ronda Rousey as the Raw Women's Champion and with the women's division all set to main event the Grandest Stage of Them All, stacking the odds against the Rowdy One on her Road to WrestleMania would have been perfect.

The match would have also presented Sasha Banks, Alexa Bliss, Ruby Riott, Bayley, and Nia Jax in splendid fashion, with all the five competitors trying everything in their power to walk out of the Toyota Center with the gold.

The women's versatility between the ropes blended with Triple H's efficient supervision would have gravitated the attention of the fans, with the Game successfully presenting Ronda Rousey as a fighting champion despite having the odds stacked against her.

#5 Drew Mcintyre Vs. Finn Balor Vs. Braun Strowman Vs. Kurt Angle - Winner faces the Undertaker at WrestleMania 35

This needs to happen
This needs to happen

There's no denying that every match that is presented on a pay-per-view must mean something and should gravitate the attention of the audience.

It's a damn shame that Vince McMahon and the creative team have failed to garner any momentum with the current Braun Strowman-Baron Corbin feud, and if the booking continues to be predictable, then things may only get worse.

Considering that WrestleMania 35 is just around the corner, the Game could have booked a fantastic Fatal-4 way to determine the next challenger for the Undertaker at the Show of Shows.

Since CM Punk earned his way to clashing with the Demon of Death Valley at WrestleMania 29, the Cerebral Assassin could tell a terrific story within the squared circle with all the four competitors wanting to lock horns with the Undertaker.

With legions of fans wanting to see Finn Balor go one-on-one with the Phenom, it would have been incredible to see him the get win here by pinning Kurt Angle whilst keeping Mcintyre and Strowman strong.

A match of this caliber would have kept the fans hooked to the edge of their seats and would have certainly kept WrestleMania 35 as the main focus of the event.

#6 Becky Lynch Vs. Charlotte with Stephanie McMahon as the Special Guest Referee

An interesting way to keep Becky on the frame
An interesting way to keep Becky on the frame

Becky Lynch's meteoric rise to the top of the wrestling industry has been commendable and Charlotte's inclusion into the mix is only going to ascend this angle as one of the greatest in WWE history.

If the Game would have been one supervising the entire feud, his creative genius could have coerced him to increase the company's investment in Becky by putting her in a rubber match with Charlotte at Elimination Chamber.

Since Vince McMahon has endorsed Charlotte as their next Raw Women's Champion, this could have led to The Man and The Queen tussling it out inside the squared circle with a dream to headline WrestleMania 35.

Moreover, Stephanie McMahon's inclusion as the Special Guest Referee would have added more fuel to the fire, with the odds literally stacked against the Relentless One on her route to the Grandest Stage of Them All.

A storyline of this magnitude would have brought nuclear heat to the McMahon family and Charlotte whilst keeping Becky as the hottest thing going in professional wrestling today.

Booking an outcome where Stephanie McMahon screws Becky and pushes Charlotte in the driver's seat to win the bout could have been effective in gravitating more mainstream attention to the Raw Women's Championship match.

This booking would have proved successful in keeping Stephanie as a roadblock in Becky's road to greatness, with the Man now wanting to seek redemption from the Authority and earn her way back to the main event of WrestleMania 35.

#7 'The New' Daniel Bryan (C) Vs. A.J. Styles Vs. Randy Orton Vs. Samoa Joe Vs. Andrade 'Cien' Almas Vs. Shinsuke Nakamura for the WWE Championship

Daniel Bryan deserves to hold the gold
Daniel Bryan deserves to hold the gold

Judging by how 'The New' Daniel Bryan has portrayed his heel character on SmackDown Live, legions of WWE fans want the WWE Champion to retain the gold this Sunday.

Bryan has been excellent in presenting himself as a smart conniving heel with Rowan working as his henchman and has undoubtedly ascended the credibility of the WWE Championship.

With A.J. Styles, Samoa Joe, Randy Orton, Andrade 'Cien' Almas, and Shinsuke Nakamura all wanting to get their hands on the most coveted prize in sports entertainment, the Game would have booked the bout as a war.

The Elimination Chamber has always seen some of the most gruesome moments transpire inside the unforgiving structure, and with Cerebral Assassin having been a major part of such events before, he could have booked the bout in a more authentic manner.

The show deserves to end on a high note and a booking of such stature where 'The New' Bray Wyatt enters the frame and saves the WWE Champion could keep the fans hooked to the blue brand on what might transpire next.
