The WWE Universe has seen many big moments this year, however, 2019 will always be remembered for Kofimania.

Kofi Kingston finally achieved his life-long dream of becoming WWE Champion at WrestleMania 35 and he then went on to have a solid run as one of the top Champions in the WWE.

His strong reign, however, ended with a blink-and-you-miss squash match at the hands of Brock Lesnar.

Former WWE Superstar Fred Rosser, AKA Darren Young commented on the Kofimania Phenomenon, the impressive title reign and Kingston's eventual loss to The Beast Incarnate on the first episode of 'The Rosser Rewind'.

Rosser explained to Sportskeeda's very own Korey Gunz why Kingston losing to Lesnar was the right decision. Pro wrestling in WWE is all about storytelling and as per the story, Kingston was never expected to overcome a beast in Brock Lesnar.

Rosser, however, stated that we should all be proud of what Kingston accomplished and said that the Former WWE Champion had a beautiful reign with the title. He even revealed the reactions of the people who watched Kingston's title win as it happened.

"No matter how you slice it or dice, he did it! He accomplished something. He became WWE Champion. People get upset about how he lost the Championship, it is what it is. Brock Lesnar is a beast. We are storytellers. You really think Kofi had a chance against Brock? Come on, I mean, you have to tell that story, Brock is a monster. You know what I mean. It is what it is, he had a beautiful run, I was right there, I was doing an appearance at Dave and Buster's that WrestleMania. I would have loved to be there but I was doing an appearance in Hollywood and to watch it live was incredible, I mean there were people crying, there were people cheering and those are moments that we always want to capture. Those are moments that we want and we got it, and Kofi was able to defend the title for almost six months or so. So be proud of that."

Mr. No Days Off also spoke about New Day's rise as one of the greatest teams of all time and praised the trio for their creativity and character evolution over the years.

"Yeah, you know. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. They evolved, they were supposed to be preacher men, they evolved into what they wanted to be and the people fell in love with it and that’s what it’s all about. We’re storytellers. There are under 800 people that really made it in wrestling you know, so that’s a very small number. These guys are so creative and when you have creative people behind you, you can do creative things and big things and they are doing it as we speak."
