Impact Wrestling has been on a roll as of late and has been putting forth consistent content for their fans. While WWE and AEW are the giants in the world of pro-wrestling, Impact has been around for a long time now and has gained a major fan following.

#1 RVD signs a new deal
ECW Legend and former WWE Champion, Rob Van Dam, is currently part of Impact Wrestling. As per Van Dam's earlier deal, the Superstar was expected to be with the company till next month, however, as per a new contract, RVD will now continue to perform for Impact till January next year.
Here is what Rob Van Dam stated:
I talked with IMPACT! about what I wanted to do, which is mostly stay home unless the business reaches a certain level to pique my interest, And they came to that level.
Everyone’s talking about AEW, and how they could be scaring WWE. I happen to know IMPACT! can afford RVD, so they’re something someone should be talking about too. It’s all business. I did a match, I think it was WrestleCon—Sabu and I had a tag match and first it was just a one off, and then Scott D’Amore in the office said, ‘Hey, what do you think about doing this other handful of matches?’
Took me to October, and then recently we added a few more matches so I’ll be with them ‘til January. Then we’ll see how it goes after that.”

#2 Huge star announced for return at Bound for Glory
Impact Wrestling has a tie-up with top Japanese promotion NOAH and the two organizations have often traded Superstars. One of Impact's top Superstars Eddie Edwards made a huge name for himself while in NOAH.
Similarly, over the years many of NOAH's stars have made their mark on Impact Wrestling, and now Impact has announced that Japanese sensation Naomichi Marufuji will be part of their biggest PPV of the year - Bound for Glory. Marufuji has also worked for major promotions such as NJPW, ROH, and AJPW in the past.
#3 Scarlett Bordeaux gets a private tryout with WWE
Squared Circle Sirens has reported that recently released Impact knockout Scarlett Bordeaux has received a private tryout with WWE. The 28-year-old was at the WWE Performance Center this week to receive a private tryout for a role in the company.
Bordeaux had become very popular during her time in Impact Wrestling but chose to ask for a release from the company which was granted to her in June this year.
#4 Killer Kross rejects a 6-figure deal
There has been a lot of talk about the reasons why Killer Kross is not being featured on Impact Wrestling. Reports have indicated that the primary reason for this is the fact that Killer Kross did not agree to blade himself at Slammiversary as per the directives of the company. Instead, they had to use 'fake blood' as Kross was adamant on not cutting himself.
In the latest twist in this story, Impact Wrestling reportedly offered Kross a six-figure deal when the two parties met, however, Kross rejected the deal and is currently bound by his original contract which still has 18 months remaining.
More details on the deal as per PWI:
The report states Kross was offered a three-year deal worth $40,000 the first year, $60,000 in the second, and $80,000 in the final year. In total, $180,000 over the course of the three years. Another source told Johnson that those numbers are "outdated" and the final offer was much higher.
#5 Three top Superstars join the Impact Roster
As per reports from PWInsider, former Impact Superstar Mahabali Shera, who was also signed to WWE for a short period will be returning to Impact Wrestling soon, as the Indian Superstar was backstage during the Mexico tapings for the show.
Apart from Shera, another former WWE and WCW superstar Johnny Swinger has also signed a deal with Impact. As per the reports, Impact plans to use him as a veteran Superstar to help out the younger performers.
Famous Independent wrestler Joey Ryan is also reported to be at the tapings and was filming pre-tapes for the show.
